They were great coming on the lot, told me all I needed to know, prompt and professional. As soon as I came back without my mother, and with my friend to help me put an off on a vehicle they took back their word of negotiating a price. Said they wouldnt and couldnt and I pretty much had to beg for $250 off of the price. They tried to tell me three oil changes on this vehicle was a total of $350, (EDIT: I have misunderstood the inclusions of this package offer it included more, such as tire rotations and other services). They also tried to bribe me by telling me my mother looked like my sister, and then when I wouldnt take their deal they continued to pretty well bash my father by telling me that he was "abrupt" on the phone, when all he was trying to do was look out for his young daughter he wasnt there to help. I was accepted with financing alone at a different dealership when National wanted a cosigner because I was at a "decline". The finance officer that was in that day talked down to me as if I was stupid and my friend promptly shut him down with the actual fact seeing as she is also a financing officer elsewhere. I wish I could have gotten this vehicle because it was basically everything I as looking for, but I went with a completely different dealership due to the salesperson actually talking to me like a human being, and willing to meet me halfway at my offer.

Flew out from Ontario to buy a truck from here. Was assured over and over that it was safetied, ready to go, nothing wrong, would definitely hold up to a 2000km drive back to Ontario. We stress over and over that we needed everything ready when we got there because we were heading back that same day. Was assured it would be ready to go. When we arrived to pick up the truck after several hours worth of weather delays the truck was still at the shop! Took the car out for a drive at 50km remarked to the dealer that for so much work having been done that the steering seemed awfully loose. Dealer passed it off said they had looked at it, all was good. Made the purchase, got it out on the highway and almost lost control 3 times due to this problem. Got it back to Ontario and took it to mechanic here, had to spend almost $2000, on everything from a horn (which was checked off that it passed safety, but didnt even work) to a new front end and brakes (which I was told had been changed). The serpentine belt was VISIBLY worn and frayed. And the truck was spewing black smoke every time I depressed the pedal. I would never buy a car from here again, and all I can say is BUYER BEWARE.

Bought a 03 minivan from National auto, only to find out the electrical was going 3 weeks later, took it back and was told since we didnt buy the extended warranty (we werent offered or aware of) they couldnt do anything.. Took it back a week later, we were then offered 2 trucks one of which was a 98 which was at a shop getting fixed (body damage on the rear , and who knows what else) .. and offered a 97 dodge ram, we were assured it was just the steering loose.. Took it to a mechanic, found out it needed ball joints, Sway bar links,trac bar, the tires didnt even pass, other little things... Took it back with in24 hours of purchase, and got a couple parts covered, and Inspecta car covered the parts they missed on inspection.. but we had to pay labour and get tires on the truck... Total rip off, when we took it back to ask about some paper work, they RUDELY said get off my lot or I will remove you, and said they would phone the police, so I got on the phone with the police and when they asked to speak with the manager of the lot, he refused to talk to them! NEVER again will i go there, or reccomend it to anyone!!

We had a general idea of what we wanted in a vehicle and right from our the initial introduction they didnt try to sell us something we really did not want. What they did do was find us a vehicle that actually exceeded our expectations. That was only the beginning of what turned out to be a wonderful experience dealing with National Auto Outlet. Mike guided us through the process and gave us the time and space to make our decision. I heard that they had a great variety of inventory but I was pleasantly surprised by the number of vehicles in our price range they were able to show us and take on test drives. It was refreshing to deal with someone who was so knowledgeable and honest. Through out the process we felt like they truly cared about us. Ted in the finance office was able to take care of the financing with rates that were great and an answer with out hours of work to fill in paper work. We love our vehicle and will return again next time we decide to buy again.

He gave us an opportunity to test drive a number of cars in our price range to determine which we wanted. First class service from these guys. Saw the vehicle I wanted, checked it out with the sales people and completed the online finance application and had an approval back within two hours. Vehicle was immaculately detailed when I arrived to pick it up with a full tank and everything in order. Paperwork was straight forward and well prepared. Couldnt be happier and a far superior service to the one I received at a very well known GM Pontiac Buick dealer in the Auto Mall a couple of years ago!!
