I initially thought the service was awesome, Sean who no longer works there kept me very informed at the beginning of my out of province inspection. Upon first inspection they informed me I needed to remove my after market tint(I knew that already but never removed it) and they also told me I need new tires. Okay so I removed the tint and replaced the tires(Sean got me a great deal on the new tires). With these two things that needed to be changed, my vehicle goes back in for re inspection with another charge(okay I understand to a degree but wish I had been informed prior to inspection) as they re inspected my car they found an oil leak that had been there for months and now its a fire hazard. So my question to them was, why wasnt I informed on the first inspection? This was a $1000 repair, how was this missed?!?! Thing is it wasnt missed they just never told me about it. After I changed my tires and removed my tint I and another inspections, Ive invested over a $1200at this point. So now Ive been given the bad news I need to spend another $1000 to fix my oil leak. So I fix the damn car. With all the little repairs(which Murray replaced two bulbs on the house) plus the big ones, Ive now invested almost $2800. Ppl my car is worth about $3000!! I wouldve never fixed if I knew what they would later find. Soooo three months pass after the inspection. My brand new tire isnt holding air. So I make an apt to get it repaired and get an oil change, June 30th. I thought maybe my second time with these ppl would be better. NOPE!! I pick my car up and the service guy whom is very nice and pleasant informs me that my car has two recalls on it!! Huh? I said to him, I believe that my car came for a "safety/out of province inspection" 3 months ago and that shouldve been picked up on(may I add that I told them about the recalls and basically was told it was a different car and not my g6, I even showed my lettered from the actual Gm company lol) My car passed an inspection with two safety recalls. I was mad, Ive not only invested way to much money on this car now to give it up but he also informs me I have another oil leak that will cost approx another $1000 and he also said its been there for a long time as well. So this young fellow can plainly see Im upset about this that he gave me my oil change for free(thank you Murray). July 1st approached and I move my car from the drive way and there is an oil stain in my driveway. With all the oil leaks that Murray said my car has/had never has there been evidence on my driveway. Upon investigation, Keegan the tech who worked on my car forgot to fully put my oil plug back in therefore it leaked on my driveway. I was just about to leave to Saskatchewan when I noticed this. Thankfully my father was able to tighten and discover this mistake. We left a message with Murray on July 1st via voicemail and now we are at August 11th 2015 and they still havent reached out to make this a better situation. So this is why Im writing this review today. From here on in, Ill be giving Davis my business. Im the third Owner of this car and I believe this car came from Davis in Medicine Hat, I feel as if this is where my problems began with this company. My car still has the Davis signage on it. How sad

We purchased our last new vehicle from Jackie Tyslau and we were so impressed with her kind, patient, insightful and professional manner that we recently convinced my son Keith to abandon his plans to make a purchase from another dealership until he could meet with Jackie. Keith made the extra effort to appease us but was equally impressed with your dealership, the staff and in particular Jackie. As a result, he recently purchased a new SUV Equinox from you and he couldn’t be happier. Since our purchase, we’ve been very happy with our Chev product and consistently impressed with the servicing that you provide. Our car runs like a charm and you keep it running that way without draining our pocket book. Many people are quick to point out deficiencies in service and products and are quite justified in doing so. Unfortunately not as many people take the time to praise superior customer service and products that we occasionally enjoy. You and your staff take the extra effort to make our drive safe, comfortable and affordable, so we thought it fair to take the time to acknowledge the service that we have received and say…thank you.

Absolutely had the worst experience today. I brought in my vehicle to have two recalls repaired. Which neither were repaired in the 7 hours they had it. I was aware as well that my windshield wiper was broken & was curious for a price quote to fix. As my dad is a mechanic, just very busy with harvest time. I was than quoted a 420$ fee. I said no to that. I was however charged 150$ for labour to "diagnose the problem" whatever that means. My windshield wiper doesnt work. My heat doesnt work. My air conditioner doesnt work. Disgusted at the extent I changed my shifts on a Friday for this day off to get my vehicle FINALLY fixed. After 4 months without AC or heat. To find I have to go back in again. This might not be my last Chev. But this will be my last experience with Murrays. As no one took the time to explain anything to me & I was still charged a 150$ fee as a STUDENT. For absolutely nothing.

I dont know where to start. lets begin when i accidentally dropped ceramic particles from my old spark plug while replacing new ones, which caused a huge mess due to the fact that i turned the vehicle on. long story short i had to take it in to professionals, i have to commend the staff and service offered was remarkable, from free shuttle service and help they went the extra mile. A shout out to both deannas from office and service, and Sean in service with his communication and empathetic personality with every update he gets from his mechanic, which was mike who also was very great as he worked hard to clean up a disaster that i caused, also showed me what he recovered. thats true service. Just wanted to say thank you very much! if theirs a place that anyone worried about having a dishonest mechanics, you cant find them at Murray Chevrolet Lethbridge, just pure honesty and great service.

Went here to buy tires because they could get the ones I wanted and it was close to where I work. I went on a road trip after they installed the new tires. 2 hours into the trip I had 2 flat tires. After much delay I was able to take it to a local shop where I was stranded and they found that Murray had not replaced the valve stems. This was distressing enough but when I got back to Lethbridge and went to file my complaint, the service manager argued with me. (Whether replaced or not, the valve stems were obviously faulty given the fact I had 2 flat tires!) He finally, reluctantly agreed to pay for the repair bill - nothing else. No compenstion for the time and distress his poor service caused and no other offer to make up for the shoddy work. Completely unacceptable. I highly recommend that people take their vehicles elsewhere for service.
