I went today...had the $12.99 wash, and I was a little nervous as I have a new car and have not gone through a pull thru with it. The staff were young, very informative and kind (lol). The attendant went thru the whole purchase options and did not try to "sell" me anything. He said use it a few times and see how you like it. I was impressed! The vacuum...oh my goodness was outstanding and got every little piece of dirt I could see, and the end of the wand was practical. I did not see the mat washing station but I have cloth floor mats and would not be soaking them anytime soon! I am definitely going to do this again and purchase a monthly membership. I really appreciated the young man that took the time to explain everything, it was appreciated!!

The customer service was above and beyond what I was expecting. First off everyone I encountered was extremely nice but most importantly when I was vaccuuming my vehicle I accidentally sucked up an earring I thought I had lost. Even though I thought I would never get it back I went to the customer entrance and I spoke with Ashley and she was very kind and told me to leave my name and number and that once they shut everything down she will go through and look personally for the earring. Low and behold she calls me before they close and says that she found it! I thought it was a lost cause but she went well over the call of duty and helped me out. I am extremely grateful and highly recommend using Mint when you need a quick wash. :)

WARNING CRACK DOWN WINDSHIELD AFTER MY CARWASH I have a new vehicle and as I entered car wash my windshield was in mint condition. After my carwash I had a crack down middle of windshield. Went in to speak to staff and by their reaction it was clear this is a very common issue. The manager told me I must have had a rock chip and came to look at my windshield. He looked for a long time as I was totally unable to see a chip. Finally found one at the very top of my windshield where it us totally black. He was extremely unapologetic and told me there are signs everywhere to warn you. I found the sign which said nothing about rock chips. The manager pointed to the sign where it read Enter At Your own Risk.

Paid for ultimint (top price wash $19.99) and it left a little bit of dirt streaks. Im happy about the free vacuums because the ones i used were powerful but the wash was not as good as they advertised. The guy who assists you when you go in wanted to enter my debit information and thats not cool. I wont go here again not only because the wash wasnt as good as Id hope but because i have a little crack in my bumper from a deep pot hole puddle a couple years ago and Im worried this car wash will damage it worse with all its washing apparatuses whipping around. Spray only for my car and I didnt realize it wasnt spray only.

I took a months membership to check how good it is and here is what I found out: The GOOD: Staff, vacuum, tire shine, rinse pressure. The BAD: Brushes. I mean its natural to get a few scratches as those brushes go over a number of vehicles. I does put a lot of fine scratches on the car. Any damage to my vehicle? I got a fine crack on the drivers side wing mirror. It is a extremely convenient carwash if you do not care much about your vehicles paint. Option: tell the staff you dont need the brushes on your car and you can get a good wash out of the high pressure nozzles.

Took my truck in for a $20 car wash. Came out the other end with a crack from top to bottom on my windshield. Spoke to a member of the staff and he blamed it on a chip that had no leading cracks coming from it. The crack also has a perfect straight line as if something had caught on the brush and dragged it down. Safe to say the first and last time I will ever being going there. The crack started before the chip at the top of the screen through the chip all the way to the bottom. Ive never seen a crack thats laser straight due to heat and cold. NO I WONT BE BACK!!

If you are a clean freak about your vehicle like I am, then the mint club is for you. The price for one trip might be a little high but if you plan to return, then get the membership. I have gone several times and my repaired windshield chip has not spread. I would not want to go through with an unrelated chip though. Vacuums and floor mat cleaners work great and the staff are fairly friendly. Just watch out for the massive pothole in the road outside their establishment, but that is not their fault and it look likely to be fixed soon.

We bought our monthly membership earlier this month, and we have been there at least a dozen times. Where we live, our vehicle gets covered in tree sap every day. $40 per month for unlimited car washes is a steal. Our children love riding through the car wash, even our 15-year-old son. Plus, I love that your vacuums are free and stronger. The floor mat cleaners are a great feature if if they don’t clean properly. I also appreciate that despite being a mostly automated establishment, you still have several employees on hand.

Heard a lot of great things and decided to give it a try, however I was disappointed. Bird poop, bugs and plain old dirt were left on my vehicle afterwards. It didnt even look like I had been through the car wash at all. When I called to complain, the manager was nice enough and agreed to give me a refund, after making a few excuses about how hard bird poop is to get off and the shape of my car, etc. The vacuums and mat washing are fantastic, but next time I will be going back to the do-it-yourself wand car wash.

Impressed with how it washes my truck! Comes out clean AND dry. Works perfect for my daily driver. My only complaint is that side mirrors get messed up, which is totally understandable with an automated car wash. Also, I wish the monthly membership was at a lower cost. At $40 it just doesnt appeal to me economically, if it were at $30 it would probably appeal to me. However, Costco sells discounted gift cards so that is a good compromise for me. Mint should also consider packages for fleet or family usage.

The people were very friendly. They came to me when I first pulled up to the pay box and explained everything. I paid for one Mint Smartwash ( which is the best one they have) and pulled back up to the office and got out and looked at the car VERY carefully. What impressed me most was the great job the blower did. NO water on the car including both sides and NO scratches. The best damn car wash Ive ever had bar none. I was so impressed I bought the monthly pass.

We live an hour out of town and we were already in Coaldale. My dad wanted us to use our free month in the mint car wash, so we turned back to clean our car. Not only did it clean our car, but it was a fun experience too. We have a Ford Fusion and it did an amazing jobs now it. It always does. The people there were all dressed up and professional. They explained what to do in an easy to understand way. It was overall worth it. Thanks MINT!!
