These are challenging times for Volkswagen but even more so for Volkswagen dealers. Despite this, Lethbridge Volkswagen manages to surprise with their level of service and commitment to the customer. Their customer service is low-key but personable and efficient. Above all, it is honest and fair. We have bought two cars from this dealership over the years and just recently dealt with them over the third. Each time, we have been very impressed. There was never pressure to buy or to get extras we didn’t need. Instead, we have been presented with the information we needed to make the best decision for us in a friendly and collaborative atmosphere. Our last experience has been no different. We decided to trade-in our Passat TDI and get our dream car (ok, this is my dream car to be honest) - a Touareg TDI. Once again, Lethbridge VW went above and beyond to make a deal that we could afford and also be very happy with. Todd Brown, the general manager even made a house call in Calgary to let us demo a vehicle! Unfortunately, on the very day we were supposed to do the deal, the stop-sale was put on the Touareg! Obviously, this was for reasons that were beyond their control. VW Lethbridge has managed this frustrating situation with aplomb. Todd has worked hard to give us the most up-to-date information in an honest and transparent way. This level of commitment to customer service, combined with the fact that they sell great cars, has certainly convinced us to stay with Volkswagen despite the current emissions issue.

I was in a tight spot and Was looking at selling my VW GTI, then I got a call from Jordan cooper (salesman at VW) telling me that they were interested in buying my car. I figured at this point I had nothing to loose and had accepted that I might have to downgrade to a Jetta or something. But boy was I ever wrong. Jordan and Ian (sales manager) gave me the best news Ive had in a long time, they were not only able to give me more than I expected for my car, but they were also able to get me a brand new VW R!!! I never once thought Id be able to have a car like this and be able to afford it. But between Jordan and the girls in te finance department, it all came true. So now I drive my dream car, all thanks to the amazing people at VW Lethbridge. The people at this dealership always make me feel like Im getting the red carpet treatment and are always able to help me out. If you are ever looking for a new car, VW or something else. I highly reccomend paying these guys a visit, they always have amazing deals and hands down the best service. Thanks again VW Lethbridge

Ive been to many dealerships, ive never been to one as money hungry as this with regard to servicing. I asked them to investigate a noise coming from a wheel where they had replaced a bearing a few weeks previous. They said we dont know what it is come back if it gets louder and they charged me for that "diagnosis". Surely this should be covered under warranty of the original work and even if it wasnt, to be charged for an answer like "we dont know what it is". Ridiculous. The first visit to get the wheel bearing replaced, one service guy verbally said the work will cost around X amount, and when I came back to pay for it, the other service guy gave me a bill for over 50% more!!! The labour rate was around 3.7 hours but when I called another VW dealership in another city and asked them they said its a 2 hour job. Im done with them and you should avoid them too, I will travel to another city to get my work done by an honest dealership.

I like to research things before making a purchase and therefore did all the homework and knew exactly which VW I wanted, the all new 2017 Golf Alltrack. After that it was a pretty simple case of making the numbers all work. Mark Sereda and Ian Cooper were absolutely brilliant to work with. No pressure at all and even took our 2010 Passat Wagon on trade knowing it needed some work. Justin in the finance department was just as easy to work with. I was in the auto business for over 20 years so not a green horn, but wholeheartedly feel that the VW team in Lethbridge were very friendly, courteous, professional, knowledgeable and down right helpful in getting us the car we wanted. This was my first time getting into a new vehicle and the entire experience was silky smooth from beginning to end. Thanks guys, two thumbs up and highly recommended to all. Oh and the Alltrack is perfect!!

Entire experience was positive and we sincerely appreciated Mark and Ian Coopers professionalism and willingness to be patient as we carefully considered what would be our best vehicle for our needs. Then they went the extra mile during our dealing and that made us confident that Lethbridge VW was where we wanted to shop. Jenn and then Dan maintained that same level of professionalism and gave us excellent advice. When it came time to book our appointment for the installation of our winter tires, Mike Kaytor in Service was superbly professional but so very kind and friendly. Well done Lethbridge VW team! You made our experience extremely positive! Oh and by the way, we love our Tiguan!

Excellent service! After being told by numerous dealerships that the service on our car would be costly, if not impossible; these guys were honest, and willing to perform the work I asked for, at a very fair price. We actually live in Calgary, and we have had such poor service from VW since we purchased our GTI, that I had vowed to never purchase another again. Between Clarksdale and Lethbridge VW, I was shown that there are still businesses that respect their customers and believe in excellent morals and standards. Although I ended up going to Clarkdale in the end, I believe from the experience I had with these guys, that they would have given me and my family the same level of service.

The employee at Lethbridge Volkswagen are by far the most professional and accommodating dealers in Lethbridge. I had to sell my truck unexpected in BC and needed to get a new car. I went look at other dealership and I was treated like a child or like I had know idea what I was doing. When I went to Lethbridge Volkswagen I was meet by Alois in the parking lot and was well taking care of. Im happy with my purchase and with all the wonderful people who helped me find what I needed.
