Terrible service, took trailer in on Monday, they never touched it til Wednesday, at that time I was quoted 93 per hour for labor, then was charged 119, was told I needed new bearings, told them OK but I want the old ones returned to me so I can see them, so then I was told that well they will last another year or so we will save you some money. Sounds a bit fishy to me. They also caused a flat tire when they took it for wheel alignment and refused to fix it, and then they tried to over charge me on labor, I was told the one item was 1.8 hours over the phone and when I went to pay, they had about 2.5 hours listed. After arguing with them they finally fix that overcharge. And to top it all off, they stick their stupid logos on MY trailer in 2 spots. And not just little logos like a car dealership, but these were big about 12" x 12", I didnt buy my trailer there, why would I want to advertise for them. I would definitely NOT recommend these guys.

I went in to have my leaf springs replaced, flip the axles and service the bearings. The quote was $1300. asked to replace shocks and add an ez-flex. When the work was done the parts were super inflated, I can buy the ez-flex from another shop for $360 they charged $500. The labor was $1600, more than the quote (parts and labor), the final bill over $3500. I could have had the axles, brakes, shocks and springs replaced for less. They are a rip off, stay far away from this shop, nice people but so are con-artists. I contacted the manager but just got a smoke show, he doesnt care he has his money. Go anywhere else, this place will smile, give you a quote and then take you to the bank. Nice people do not always = honesty. This review is based on my personal experience and I want others to avoid this trap.

Bought our trailer from Lethbridge Motors and RV 3 yrs ago. Like most people I know that have bought a new trailer, there was some hick-ups. The guys at Lethbridge Motors and RV made sure my trailer was worked on and back in use in good time and little hassle. Ive gone back for parts and service and they always treat me well and have been great when working out pricing on items form me. case in point, I recently had an electrical issue that was going to put a damper in the start of bow hunting. Called the boys up, they looked it over, gave me a few options to consider, fixed it better than factory and I was still in time for hunting. Ive recommended them to friends and they have had similar experiences.

Where do I begin? It all started last year when we were thinking of buying a camper. Things didnt work out due to things beyond our control. Lethbridge Motors and RV personnel were so understanding and patient. Today we went back and made the purchase. Interestingly it was even the RV we tried to puchase. It had been purchased and later traded back to them. Think about that one??? These guys (and girls) are so great to deal with... people come back. Brandon helped us find the trailer we needed, Amanda was very helpful with the purchasing process, and Mike was able to install our outdoor speakers as quickly as possible. I have already told my camping friends to check this out, I am happy to tell everyone to give them a try. Our Blackrock offers incredible value for a reasonable price.

Briefly, we just cant say enough positive things about the folks at Lethbridge Motors and RV. In particular, Brandon has absolutely bent over backwards for us and we sincerely appreciate it. The whole staff have been uber friendly without pressure sales and cater to their customers; what a pleasant surprise.
