We went to Kia to look into trading in the financed vehicle I have and we were talking to one of the sales people there and we settled on a lancer to try to get a preapproval but it was on the Mitsubishi lot which is owned by the same people so we went to go take it for a test drive and they wouldnt even take us near the vehicle even for a test drive. Even worse was the sales guy who was training another sales person TRIED TO STEAL THE OTHER GUYS SALE and was so freakin pompous and loud that he wouldnt even let me or my partner get a word in without constantly interrupting us. Not only that but then they spewed lies about how I needed insurance on the financed vehicle (which has been sitting for months cause we havent had the money to pay both the payments and the ridiculously expensive insurance which we cancelled) to get the banks to even bother looking at us. That is a load of bull. The insurance has nothing to do with my credit and we were told that by financial advisors and other reputable dealerships in town. Then a few days later I got a text on my ad on kijiji for the vehicle Im trying to get rid of from one of the sales ladies at (you guessed it) Mitsubishi/Kia. I will never ever get a vehicle from them. They are lying, manipulative and the fact that a sales person tried to take another ones right in front of a new hire doesnt make me think theres any good in their future. It seems to be an ongoing trend. I even told my friend I was at the Kia dealership and he warned me. I shouldve listened to save myself from that. My father-in-law also went there when he was looking for a new vehicle and they wouldnt even tell him the prices of the vehicles when he asked.

Well..4 stars..My fiancee made an apointment out of province..for a repair..for help to fix a brand new 2016 sorento..everything was explained in details about our needs..i arrived out of province..and drove an extra 250 km to be told upon arrival they dont fix body damage at all..umm..where was this info previously? not to put any one on blast.. But you really made me feel unapreciated today..and after the counter said heres numbers for me to call..you walked away..left me standing at the door like I wasnt even there..I expected more out of whom I thought our business was being done with..As well the car sold to us brand new was unequiped with tow package in back..as well we paid for wires eatn on injectors by squirel because of the eco friendly wire coverings on the wires..$380 for that..now insurence required to see if a crack by a car hitting the rear is insured and covered..which..even if..requires deductable pay out..you charged $4000 for kia protect..body..mechanical..tow..and so far..I we got help with a tow..very greatful..Im giving 4 stars based on hopes of improvements in clearity in purchasee and sales personal..sorry for the review..but..its business.

Aaron is very genuine and down to earth, making sure he has his customers best interest at heart and that their needs are met. I recently ran into some credit trouble and he was able to get me approved and out of a loan that was eating away at my credit and I ended up driving away with a gorgeous 2015 optima,a fantastic rate,reasonable payments and the weight of the world off my shoulders! 1st of all. Go see Tein if you ever look into a new vehcile. Now, the dealership itself is very well kempt. Clean and functional (as to be expected) the real killer here though, is the lack of PRESSURE sales. These guys truly care about getting you what you want or need. Its not about the money or the sale, its about finding whats right. My significant other and i. Even though we never bought a vehicle from here (yet) we can confidently say that this dealer is more than just a preppy sales environment. They will take care of you.

Assured us that we would be getting better customer service than our previous dealer, traded in our vehicle and right from day 1 we had problems. Factory and Aftermarket rims were both damaged at time of install, and instead of saying they would replace the factory rims, said would have them refinished only with less than 2000k on the new vehicle. Oil changes went up 10 dollars after the first and had to demand to get better price, until they refused the third time. Sorry not feeling the love here, will find another dealer.

I purchased my Sorento from Murray Kia and I absolutely love it! Once you get in and drive these vehicles you will fall in love! My Kia Sorento is one of the easiest driving vehicles Ive ever had. I was deciding between the Sorento and a domestic crossover, the decision was easy with the amount of features the Kia had versus the other product. The service department is also fantastic, they get me in right away, even same day if needed! I recommend the Kia product to all of my family and friends.

Hats off to Jordan and jimmy at Lethbridge Kia for a great service. I felt as if Id come away with exactly what I wanted, product and deal. Which is rare. And hats off to service for the timely manner in which they added the extras. The three mentioned were only given a few hours notice to get my vehicle ready. I would definitely recommend this place..... Thanks for the excellent service. Oh and the vehicle is top quality ., that being the Sorento.

Worst dealership Ive ever been to they are very friendly until you find a vehicle you like and and start working on a deal thats when they start getting aggressive and try to make you go through with the deal no matter what and the vehicle had hail damage they said they would fix it but later on found out they raised the price on the vehicle by $1,000 and they were going to use that to fix the hail damage so AVOID THIS DEALERSHIP

On new vehicle purchase, took 2 months to order an electric window switch on passenger front, turns out they ordered a power mirror switch, had to wait another month for it to come in. Day I bought it, buddy used the wrong screws to screw my licence plate in, stripped and cannot get them out. Wanting a call back from supervisor on inquiry about parts, he never called me and got annoyed that calling him.

We were driving from Winnipeg to Cranbrooke to visit family when about an hour out of Lethbridge we had a check engine light come on. We called ahead and spoke to Logan he ensured he would get it into to have a look at it. They found a sensor that needed to be replaced which they had in stock and had us on the road again in about 45 min. Really appreciated it to prevent a major hiccup in our trip.

Not a bad experience compared to my first visit a couple years ago. Nasir was very friendly and helpful and Chad was very straight forward and simple to negotiate with. They are transparent with the numbers they give you but only if you ask the right questions. Just be an informed consumer and the team at Kia should be able to satisfy your vehicle needs.
