I came to the Northside Dodge on Monday to get a new Key for my car, as I had misplaced mine, and it was the only key I had that would start the car. Long story short, I called first, told the parts receptionist/keycutter what had happened. She warned me that there was a $40 dollar programming fee, and a $10 cutting fee, but never mentioned the key would be 110 dollars ++. She also never realized that the fact I did not have my car meant it was not there, so THEN i find out that I have to get my car towed to the dealership. which hey, thats all good, not their fault right? I get into the garage on Wednesday, and the man trying to look up my information is trying to tell me I dont own my car. Well thats complete crap, I have to show HIM how to get my name on the owners list. THEN! they had cut the wrong key, and ask ME to pay for their mistake because my VIN number had changed along the way.....Last I checked VIN numbers did not change! I couldnt believe they even had the nerve to ask me if I could purchase another key when it was nothing I did. Trying to blame me for changing the VIN number on a car is stupid, pretty sure it is etched into the dashboard and is very hard to change. I bought the car at a different well known dealership, so if the VIN number had been changed, they sold me a stolen car. Their customer service was inadequate and very unprofessional. I will NEVER go back now that I know there is another Dodge, that actually had good reviews.

Our family has been dealing with the Northside Dodge for almost 20 years and has always had great service and the sales was always good to work with. Our last vehicle that we had purchased in 2007, we have had nothing but problems with. Last year it spent AT LEAST 2 + months in their shop and no one could figure out what was wrong. The past year we have done nothing but fight with them and listen to them tell us that we didnt know what we were talking about....even though my husband has worked on these vehicles for the past 25 years or more! When it came time for his lease to be renewed, AGAIN NOTHING BUT NO SERVICE and NO compassion towards this vehicle that has been a piece of crap from day one! When it came down to the bottom line, Sales was not willing to work with us at all so we went to another dealership where we recieved EXCELLENT service and someone who was willing to work with us and bought a new 2011. The multiple vehicles that we have bought in the past.........will never happen again as long as the management continues to treat their "Loyalty Customers" they way they treated us.

Northside Lethbridge Dodge has been extraordinary amazing to me since I purchased my first brand new Jeep 6 months ago. Unfortunately, it started off a little rocky with confusion and hiccups regarding features of my vehicle. However, since the day I drove my vehicle off the lot, I have been helped in every way possible, from the amazing service department who has done everything they could in order to help me out with the issues that arose. Any questions regarding my vehicle, either service related or not, the dealership has been able to answer them and continues to answer my questions, even though it has been 6 months. I know they will continue to answer my questions as they arise even if it is 1 or 2 years down the road. They are truly amazing and are the dealership that gives back. They truly care about their customers, from the sales team to the service department and everyone in between, I am proud to say that I purchased from Northside Lethbridge Dodge.

I was very disappointed when I brought my business to this dealer. I was swarmed by eager sales men giving me pitch after pitch. I brought in a newspaper advertisement for a car, I was told that it was a typo so it wouldnt be honoured (subsequently that ad ran for another two days without be revoked). I felt the sales pressure was unbelievable, what the salesperson said and would honour were very different, and Ross (the owners son) made me feel stupid for asking questions about the car and the business. I have never been so humiliated by an experience and I will never be back. To their defense, Troy, one of the managers was very friendly and did try to make the experience better, however the other two staff I dealt with were not nearly as good and again, made me feel like an idiot for asking reasonable questions. I ended up buying a car from Bridge City Chrysler and I was very happy that their dealership focused on customer service.

I was in the market for a new vehicle. I wasnt sure what type to purchase. I looked at quite a few places but ended up working with Darin Bullerwell at Northside Lethbridge Dodge. I was really impressed with Darin. He was very patient with me and made sure that I had all the features I wanted for vehicle at the best price he could provide. He gave me the space I needed to make my decision as well. I felt at ease asking many questions. Darin provided me with all the answers. If he wasnt sure, he found out the information. He has followed up with me on a regular basis to make sure that I am happy. That goes a long way for customers like myself. Their service has been excellent as well. They have an excellent, well thought out program for their vehicles making it easy to understand what work needs done and when. I am impressed and I will be back to purchase my next vehicle with Darin. Thank you very much.

Great experience with this dealership. They were very patient with us while we made decisions and successfully delivered us exactly what we were looking for. We were given a fantastic price on the vehicle we purchased, and a fair value for the vehicle we traded in. They honored all of their promises and went well beyond our expectations, while providing superior customer service at all times. You guys have great customer service and are always keen on helping people. A few months ago when you guys got the new Viper I wanted to go check it out even though obviously I could not afford it. When I walked in and started checking it out a person on the sales floor approached me and we started talking. He did not ask me to leave and was very curtious. Then I went out and checked out the old 1969 Dodge Charger they have out front. Such a cool thing to see at a dealership. And now they have had a lot of patience trying to help me out with this google review. I doubt many people would have tried to help as much as you guys. Thank you for being an awesome dealership!
