Bad service, no customer appreciation. Needed my car horn replaced. Waited 1 hour for them to diagnose how to do this. They did not pre-order or call-ahead for any parts. Two hours later they had not even received the parts from a supplier in town (5-10 minutes away), and just had me there waiting. They offered no clear explanation, but instead kept saying only 5 minutes more - just simply lying to you. They kept taking people who showed up and basically work on what makes the most money for them - I did not experience any customer appreciation or respect. They have a real know it all working at the desk and just makes stuff up, shouting all the time with a loud voice. Impolite and rude in my opinion how they deal with customers. Other people waiting were also ticked off by the long wait times for basic checks on wheels and the like. Anyways, after 2.5 hours waiting and even with the parts there - no-one had even started to work on replacing the horn. They had not even made up the paper-work, and could not find it in their big pile. I then told them to forget it and to give me my car back. They did this within 5 minutes. They expressed no explanation for delays, no apologies or anything of this kind. This place does not understand the meaning of customer service (even though they have a big sign in their office saying they do). I would not recommend going to this location, unless you have an entire day to waste. If you have any big job - you are likely to have to wait atleast 1 day, maybe two, and pay lots for nonexistent customer service. They simply want to take your money, and dont care what you think.

Probably one of the worst places to bring your car into. Multiple delays without explanation or apologies. Had to bring my car in 4+ separate times in a span of one month to get one set of new tires (even though I called ahead of time). Kept telling me my tires would be in within the next week. Finally, when all four tires were on my car they charged me more than what they quoted. The manager(s) were rude and did not apologize for any of the inconvenience. Nearly everyone I spoke to here was hostile and had less knowledge that myself. A colleague of mine had a similar experience. Would give this place negative stars if possible AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS. DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR IN EVEN IF IT WAS FREE.

Bad service. I went here twice, once to fix a slow leak and they did not find it. The second time I went there with a new tire for the replacement of the slow leaking tire. This is because they could not find the leak and I ended up with a flat the next day and ruined the tire so much they could not fix it. when they changed the tire over they forgot to give my spare back and now I have yet another flat and now I have no spare! thanks alot !!! i will never go here again.

Every time I go to Kal Tire I have a great experience. The team is wonderful and always hard working. More than once have I traveled to Lethbridge only to have something happen to my car or tires. Im in and out in the same day in a decent time frame without any stress. I would highly recommend this company to anyone needing service on their vehicles.

Very good pricing for excellent all weather tires! The service, speed, and knowledge was also great. I took advantage of the no hassle exchange when I found out that my stock tires were not worth keeping; and ended up getting a much better tire for my money! Feel so safe now driving on these bad winter roads!

I was here on July 6, 2017. I was served by Corey Penton (manager). The service that was provided to me - 1 A (PERFECT!!!). Quickly, without problems and with knowledge. Everybody wants to see such workers in every business. I thank Kal Tire and Corey especially.
