My sister bought a car here and being a previous car salesman for 5 years before my active service in a combat trade in the military... I found this place very very greasy... They wouldnt provide us with a car proof ... I had to prod them to get an invoice of all the "work" they did. Kept saying that he couldnt pull a 50 dollar car proof report because theyve already lost too much money and they were in the negative on the car. First off they knew the recon cost before they priced it, if they didnt thats a bad business move but something tells me they knew exactly what was wrong from the get go since they have their own mechanic and shop in the back . When my sister first went in to view the car the sales person continually hit on my underage niece as well. Extremely unprofessional! Daytime running bulbs are burnt out... Wipers not replaced on the rear window only the front... But hey didnt wanna make that deal go anymore in the negative right ? The car is fairly nice for 112000 km ... Oh wait ! Hey sis 80 kph feels really fast! Oh wait... Its in mph... So that means it is 180000 km not 112000 ... Its 112000 miles... Full disclosure completely skipped over as the deal was mostly done over the phone. And when my sister did go in they preyed on the fact that she was someone that didnt know much about cars and the car buying process. All I can say is the AMVIC licensed dealer sticker on the desk staying how much integrity the business has is false. Hide your children... And make sure you know what you are doing in the car sales process before dealing with these guys. I will be pulling a car fax and car proof since it was an American car First apparently and if theres damage over 2000 dollars on it that was not disclosed you can bet that AMVIC will be getting called to let them know.

From the very first text message, Khalil and Zamir were motivated to exceed my expectations as a customer. I have the utmost respect for their integrity and commitment to ensuring continued satisfaction beyond the initial purchase. They did a great job of making sure I knew exactly what to expect in terms of condition of the car, parts being replaced following car inspection results, and continued support should the need ever arise. Theres a solid free three month warranty for with options to extend for a fee. The warranty covers all of the things typically terrifying about purchasing a used vehicle: engine, transmission, etc. If you need financing, they have that route available and will work with you to accommodate your monthly payment goals as best they can. The used car I bought starts up instantly, drives smoothly and quietly over the endless bumps on Lethbridge roads, and does everything else as advertised on Kijiji. The folks at K1Z are passionate about what they do and it shows. The pricing is competitive, the service is great and they have lots of vehicles to look at across various price ranges (considerably more cars between $3,000 to $10,000 than advertised by other dealerships with used cars). Honestly, Khalil showed me features my current car had that I wasnt even aware of prior to talking about trade in value which was also more than reasonable. THey will be honest with you so make sure to be honest with them, too. Do yourself a huge favor and meet with the people over at K1Z if youre in the market for a vehicle. Regardless of kilometers or dealership, a used car will always be somewhat unpredictable, but what IS predictable is that Khalil and Zamir will be there to help you to the best of their ability.

thought they were a good auto service but ran into too many bumps & realized they are con men. Bought my first car for $3000, brought it to a mechanic & he found a light under the engine in which he came to conclusion that the car was a hazard & could cause a fire, the door number did not match the dash number, & there were about 5 codes that came up when the mechanic hooked it up to a machine. Decided to give the dealership another try & Khalil (one of the dealers) sold me a different vehicle for an additional $800. This car only lasted about 2-3 months until the intake manifold went & I got stranded on the highway, car wouldnt go past 20km. They fixed but refused to give me a break down of what they fixed in which they said costed $1100 plus $400 for labour. As soon as I drove it off the lot whatever they fixed wasnt correctly fixed, I have problems starting the car & its still a problem to this day. I went to a mechanic for a second opinion & he told me that the intact manifold was a used one in which wasnt brand new & that whatever they were charging me for was false. Me & my mother went back to K1Z auto & got into a big fight with the dealers about the car. They try to sweet talk you when you first buy a vehicle & then later down the road you find out the car is all messed up. Do not recommend this dealership. Be careful who you buy from, they have some of the best con men who can get a good amount of money from you for a crappy vehicle. Now Im in the hole a lot of money with a car that is barely surviving through the winter.

They were very helpful and amazingly accommodating to me. Their customer service was above and beyond my expectations, and before I left with my new car, they actively tried to address and then resolve any seen mechanical problems, so that my purchase was in the best possible shape-given its age and original condition. Prices were very reasonable, especially when factoring in the fantastic owners of this car lot. Although many used car dealers are friendly and helpful in appearance, these guys at K1Z actively tried to prove that to me-at a level never before seen. I would suggest them as an option for anyone looking to buy a used car in Southern Alberta. Their service and dedicated quality far exceeds any corporate dealership, and truly, my overall impression is that they are refreshingly different and sincere-both qualities not often found in this business category. Your money does truly go further with them, and for that, I give them my personal recommendation.

July 2017 I just bought a vehicle from the guys at K1Z. They were very fair in our deal and did not try to hide anything from me. They provided a valued vehicle for an agreed upon price and backed the sale with a promise to fix anything that wasnt right. They have followed up on that promise and I am happy with my purchase. Almost two months later, and they are still checking to make sure I am still happy. They have promised, and continue to provide after-sale service to ensure my satisfaction. Without reservation, I would recommend them to anyone wanting to purchase a quality used vehicle for a reasonable price. The one and only flaw in the deal was their seeming lack of urgency in making the needed after-sale repairs There may have been legitimate circumstances that caused the delays, but I wasnt made aware of them.

If your looking for honest and excellent service then K1z auto Sales is the dealership for you. I bought my car from them last year and I honestly have to say that Im glad I did. These guys are great sales men, affordable, reasonable, and honest. Even three of my close friends bought cars from them, so that should tell you how good they are. They didnt rush me into making any decision and keep in touch professionally Just to check inn and see if Im happy with my car and if there are any concerns. And if I did happen to have concerns, they never once failed to help me with my car issues if there were any!! Def 5 stars from me.
