Had my vehicle there for a couple of Insurance items as well as some other issues I had to deal with. Team was very helpful right from the first meeting. Did everything they could to make the entire experience as easy as possible. I was slightly embarrassed as my vehicle was quite dirty inside when I picked it up they had fully detailed the interior and had all my items neatly sorted in bags and boxes in the back. Really went above and beyond. Time frame for the entire service was really good as well. Would definitely recommend using this company for any body work you may need. Good Job Fix!!!!

The staff are friendly and the wait time for quotes is quite reasonable. The quote advisor is personal and caring, and s/he genuinely send to care about the customer and the discomfort and inconvenience of needing their services. The building is remarkably clean, the free wi-fi is slow, theres free coffee and tea, and they wash your vehicle prior to a free quote (which is nice!).

Friend of mine just needed a new bumper. They had the car for a month, charged double the quote, constantly delayed, and scoffed at her when she asked what work had been done, stating that she "wouldnt understand anyway". Also, cant help but notice that all the 5 star reviews come from around the same time and sound super-generic. Probably friends and family.

i had the most positive experience with Wayne and his staff at fix auto in lethbridge! The customer service I received was outstanding!! They kept me aware, and answered all my questions explaining every process thoroughly. Wayne and his staff went above and beyond my expectations! Just absolutely fantastic service all around. I havent had work done here. That being said, there were two pickups of theirs (or customers) that had parked in front of my gravel trailers making it impossible for me to hook my trailers to my truck. I phoned the front desk and within minutes two of their guys had the pickups moved and I was able to hook up and drive away! Thank you Fix Auto!

Getting good repairs done is difficult sometimes...these guys know how its done! The staff is amazing and their full lifetime warranty on the repairs is a huge perk!! Not that I enjoy getting into an accident but the way they handle things really makes it such a breeze. If you need a body shop...look no further, chose Fix Auto!!
