Ive been renting vehicles from Enterprise Lethbridge every couple of weeks or so for the past 18 months. The service they provide has always been consistently professional, with high marks for reliability and for pricing. They have a large inventory of various vehicles, and the staff are always, without exception, helpful to the extreme. A special thanks to Eric, who just today, gave me a ride home on his own time (and thats not an unusual occurance). I wouldnt hesitate to recommend them to anyone needing to rent a vehicle, for one day or a week. Thanks Enterprise!

This experience at Enterprise Rent-A-Car was great. From my former-employee perspective, Eric Choi was especially great in making sure that every customer in the building was greeted with a handshake when he had a moment to spare. He even thoroughly explained the charges for the rental, and took the time to have a real conversation about my trip. The branch was far too busy for their capacities, but just the small details to which he attended made the real difference. Completely Satisfied. Will Rent Again.

When I arrived at Enterprise, I saw my reserved vehicle pull out of the parking lot and felt a big disappointment brewing. It was going to look like a "Seinfeld" episode. But after letting Emmanuel know that we had a long 14 hr drive, he provided options and gave us an upgrade. We had a GREAT trip because of this! I had the worst expierence dealing with enterprize in lethbridge albera on sunday july 3 2016 i was standing in line trying to return a car and the guys at the counter started just going up to the people behind me and helping them i felt that i was treated very bad just ignored to stand there this is the second time i have got bad service from them i will never rent a car there again but the calgary office has always gave me good service

Excellent customer service! The staff are knowledgeable, and assisted me in my rent options. I had an unexpected change in my plans which I had to fly out, and wasnt able to make prior arrangements before they closed. Yet, they offered their help to collect the vehicle I rented and made my travel plans much easier and hassle-free. Very friendly staff that as a customer I felt valued. Very reasonable prices too!

The best experience Ive ever had renting a car. Their customer service is unsurpassed. I booked a car for a day and they picked me up and dropped me home after I got back. Brody made sure to come out and show me everything I needed to know about the car before I left. Everyone was so friendly and genuine. After being in an accident, these guys were all so awesome! Made the experience of getting a rental the best it could possibly be. Evan took my keys in at the end and went over everything, no hidden fees or useless jargon, just great service.

Excellent customer service. Staff are friendly, genuine, efficient and professional. The vehicles are always of the best quality and spotless - attention to detail is top notch here. Being treated to free shuttle service with doors doors being opened - I could get used to this. They were very accommodating with my request for an SUV.

Initially, I rented a Chrysler 300S and asked them to switch to an SUV (because it was snowing), they got me switched out to a Jeep wrangler with unlimited kilometres right away. They are by far the best car rental place to deal with in town. Very friendly service with free shuttle service if needed. Definitely will come again!

Went there at 6:01pm, and a staff told us they were closed. I can still see there were other customers standing in front of the counter. I also see there was another staff in the rental vehicle showing a lady about their vehicle. We just want to ask one question and you just lost your business. Will never go there again.

When I went in ti rent a vehicle their rental system was acting up. However, I didnt have to wait long for them to set me up for a vehicle. I highly recommend this place if you are thinking about rent a vehicle. They have excellent customer service and they will take good care of you.
