in 2013 my wife and I purchased a 2013 Ford Fiesta from Dunlop Ford. One of the managers/owners, Shaun Henderson, took on our sales, and the service was personal and trustworthy. Despite the incredible experience, we had continuous transmission issues. We moved to Red Deer for work where we had their Ford dealerships from Red Deer and Innisfail attempt multiple times to correct the brutal transmission issue. Eventually we didnt know what to do as neither Red Deer or Innisfail seemed to know how to properly fix the problem (which was never Dunlops issue) as we seemed to be in a rental every couple months as they worked on our transmission for years. in our last ordeal a couple weeks ago, as we were stranded on the highway because our transmission was all messed up, we called Dunlop and spoke to Shaun about the ordeal. Shaun arranged a taxi, tow and provided constant communication to ensure we were taken care of. Shaun not only listened and offered solutions, he went to bat for us and received support from Ford Canada to get us into a more safe and reliable ride. Shaun Henderson is the most impressive and professional person to work with out of any dealership I have been to. His ability to handle tough and spontaneous circumstances gave us security as we knew he truly cared for not only our business, but he cared more about our well being and safety. We will always work with Shaun, and will now only deal with servicing our vehicle (including basic oil changes and maintenance) at Dunlop Ford, even if it means driving over 330km to do it. We even traded our our Fiesta for a sweet new 2016 Ford Focus. Thank you Dunlop Ford for your continuous service and outstanding support! Im excited to buy my next vehicle from you in the next couple years!

Absolutely the worst customer service experience I have ever had. Told the salesman that Im interested in a vehicle, did my research, wanted to test drive the vehicle. Was told I could not test drive because of the fact that I got my information from a different dealership (had a relative shopping around for me in a different city as I needed a new vehicle but didnt know what to look for, they suggested the Ford Escape and got me pricing). The salesman took me to his office and said he would be right back. While I sat there I could hear him SINGING a song about if you are not going to buy from them, you cant test drive with them in their center core part in view of his office. He then continued to talk to his co-workers about nothing in relation to vehicles. I waited about 10 minutes and he never returned until another salesman saw me and went and told the sales guy I was waiting. He came back and said if you dont buy here, we dont let you test drive. I explained to him that I had not purchased yet. He then tried to back pedal and said "Oh I thought you already bought" and wanted to talk numbers. If he would have been professional about it and returned and told me straight up, he would have known that he misunderstood. I was one test drive away from purchasing from them but I guess they would rather sing songs about potential customers and leave clients waiting in their office rather than actually discussing the needs of their customers. Will never return.

We deal with Dunlop Ford in Lethbridges for all of our vehicular purchases and services and have done so for the past 13 years. The service and salesmanship there has always been exemplary. We truly appreciate the extensive knowledge of the people who work there and the welcome feeling you get when you come in the door - every time! The sales staff know their product very well and we have never felt pressured in any way to buy any vehicle that did not perfectly suit our needs. The service staff are always courteous, competent, and do not recommend anything we dont really need to have done. They are prompt and thorough and the cost is always reasonable. We especially appreciate that all of the staff are aware of the latest trends and technical changes so that we know our vehicles are the best of the best all the time! Dunlop has a huge inventory with cars and trucks to appeal to everybody so we always have had a variety of great choices within our vehicular needs. We would recommend Dunlop Ford to all of our friends and family because we have complete confidence that they will get the same ultimate service and drive away smiling like we do!

Lethbridge Dunlop Ford has excellent service, a high standard of professionalism and accountability. Thank you to the GM Shaun Henderson and his team at Dunlop Ford. I e-mailed Mr. Henderson with concerns on a used vehicle I had recently purchased from his dealership. The very next day he had me in his office and we developed a plan to address all of my concerns. He not only provided me with a new vehicle to drive while he had his team took my vehicle over night to do a full inspection but he also reimbursed me for work I had previously done to the vehicle. The next day Mr. Henderson contacted me and informed me that the vehicle concerns I had were resolved and free of charge. I walked away from the experience feeling overwhelmed at how professional the staff members treated me and that they set the bar high for accountability and have shown me that service excellence still exists in todays society. I have nothing but positive things to say about Dunlop Ford and their accommodating staff members and look forward to continuing future business with this dealership.

Would highly recommend both the sales and service department. I had a wonderful experience with my most recent purchase. I have always been sceptical of sales people. To my surprise the sales person really listened to my needs and what I was looking for in a vehicle. I had my mind set on a more expensive vehicle before I went to the dealership. After speaking with the sales representative, he showed me another option that was a better fit for my familys needs and much more affordable! I really appreciated the honesty, (and he was right) I love my new vehicle. In relation to the service department, I did not realize how organized, professional and clean a service department could be until I set foot in this one! I always appreciate how my advisor takes time to explain things to me in a way I will understand. He makes honest recommendations about repairs that need to be made on my vehicle immediately and things that I should be aware of but that can wait. I wouldnt think twice about recommending Dunlop Ford to a friend or family member.

I cant say enough good things about buying my Ford Edge at Dunlop Ford! I had many options for buying vehicles in Calgary where I live, but I made a special trip to Lethbridge because the staff, especially one of the sales managers, treated me so well when I dropped in. I had a lot of questions about the vehicle that were all patiently answered. The sales manager also took time to make sure the vehicle I was getting was a good fit for me in terms of my needs and financial preferences. Compared to other dealings with salesmen in the past, this was a tremendously positive experience. Since buying my Edge, the follow-up customer service has been excellent. It has been an extremely reliable vehicle on two cross-country trip, the Sync OS is regularly updated, and the service plan I was provided at Dunlop Ford has covered all my maintenance costs for several years. Any other questions I had about maintenance (even though I live in Calgary) were always answered. I definitely will never buy a vehicle anywhere else.
