It is our first time to deal with Davis GMC Buick in Lethbridge and we must admit that it was a 5 star experience. We dealt with DAVE TAMURA. From the moment that we sent our inquiry online via their website, Dave immediately phoned me back the very next day to provide more details about the vehicle. We very much appreciate his honesty regarding the dent on the side of the vehicle. We went there for our scheduled test drive. The vehicle looks very nice and in perfect condition. Even much better compare to the description provided online. We fell in love with it immediately. The only thing thats holding us back was the dent on the side. Without any hesitations, Dave offered assistance on possible options for the repair. He immediately went inside the office, talk to his manager Bryce Pierson and in less than 5 minutes, they came back to us with a very nice offer in terms of the repair. WE ARE SOLD!! In less than 48 hours, Dave phoned us back to give us turn around time for the repair and honestly, we are surprised when he told us that we can pick it up by the end of the week. We went back Friday 02/06/2015, upon seeing the vehicle the only thing that came out of our mouth was "That looks GREAT!", You wont even notice the repair, it looks like there was never a dent in there! It was AWESOME! Dave walked us through the basic features of the vehicle, he even went the extra mile to "Google" information about some of the functions of the Jeep, printed it out and handed it to us. He checked everything and found out that there is something wrong with the rear windshield. He proactively told us about it and took the car inside their service area to have it checked, in less than 10 minutes, Service Technician AMIR MUSTEDANAGIC went back inside and told us that it was fixed! Dave walked us out and make sure that everything is in order before we leave. He also sent us the link of the manual for our reference. The next day, he even phoned us to to ask us about our experience driving the vehicle. It was a very nice, professional and worth it experience for us. We will definitely recommend Davis GMC Buick to everybody! They have professional and friendly staff. Very accommodating and they will make sure that by the end of the day, YOU WILL BE A SATISFIED HAPPY CUSTOMER. I dont buy a vehicle very often, perhaps every 6 to 10 years. We tend to extensively research our choice to find one that will last that long with minimal maintenance, maximum reliability and the most reasonable overall cost of ownership. One thing I cant tolerate is sales staff that insult your intelligence and ignore the research that we have done before visiting the showroom. Also, we tend to have a fairly clear idea of how we wish to pay for the purchase beforehand, again looking at the cost of ownership over the 6-10 year period and amortizing the real cost of financing vs pulling funds from other investments. Although we found all dealerships we visited for this purchase to be too focused on bi-weekly payments for financing or leasing, Davis (and Trevor specifically) at least realized our priorities fairly early on in the process and adjusted their sales tactics to match our needs. Trevor was patient and responsive to our many specific questions regarding actual real costs for the main vehicle, various build options and payment options. Bryce personally called with an honest explanation to a leasing question and both provided straightforward and detailed quotes when the choices were made. Even after we decided to not purchase a brand new vehicle, the same level of service continued as we explored used options. We were also impressed when we took delivery of the used truck, Jarrett seemed to spend the same amount of time and attention with us as he would have if it was a new vehicle. That was a nice touch, and very helpful for understanding the details of the newer technologies. We were also impressed with the attention given to an issue we had after taking delivery. Trevor quickly involved the right people needed to deal with the problem and a solution was offered quickly and efficiently. We would certainly recommend Davis and their team to anyone considering buying a vehicle, new or used.

super happy! We are writing this review to commend the sales staff who helped us buy our "brand new" used GMC acadia. I say "brand new" because the quality and cleanliness of this vehicle made us feel we were buying a new vehicle even though it was used and the price was really great. We felt we were given exceptional customer service by Raphael Reyes from the moment we walked in. We described what we were looking for in a vehicle and our budget. Because Raphael had a good knowledge of what was available he knew right away of a vehicle that would suit our needs. After trying it out for a couple days we knew this was the car for us. In case we had any lingering doubts Raphael carefully went through the service and maintenance the car had undergone and really helped us feel confident we were getting a great deal. Then came the financing. We were so happy with the service Krista provided by getting us such a good rate. This allowed us to buy the extended warranty which we felt was a very valuable add on. All in all we would definitely recommend buying a car from this dealership. We feel they employ the best of staff and offer the most friendly and efficient customer service weve ever experienced buying a car. We are also planning to use their "dealer rewards" service that Raphael spoke about as it will earn us points towards winter tires we would like to buy. As far as recommending a sales person Raphael has our vote. He was awesome! We felt he genuinely had our best interest in mind.... so Thank you everyone at Davis GM. We loved our experience and p.s. The food in the cafeteria was really good too!!

My experience at Davis GMC in Lethbridge was outstanding. I initially started looking for a new truck when GM first announced the redesigned 2014 Sierra and soon met Max Heersink at an event at the Exhibition. Max called a number of times to give me updates on when the new model would be in town and available to take for a spin. Considering that the truck was redesigned from top to bottom, Max was very knowledgeable in all the new technologies and features that the truck had to offer. If he did not know an answer to one of my many questions, he would find the answer on the spot. Max worked with me on multiple occasions to ensure that I was purchasing the exact truck I wanted. Most of this was done over the phone because I work out of town 50% of the time. Max would send me photos of accessories to ensure it is what I was looking for and when my truck arrived at Davis, Max sent a few more of the truck itself. The day that I came in to pick up my truck could not have been better. While Max ran me though everything on the truck, the rest of the team was preparing all of the paperwork involved so all I had to do was come into the office and sign. I was then set free to enjoy my new purchase. Even after the purchase Max called to ensure I was happy with the new truck and to see if I had any question. I am now almost 8 weeks with my truck and sitting at about 8000 km and could not be happier. I recommend Max and the team at Davis to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle and will return for my next purchase. Thanks again Max!!
