We have the Lincoln maintenance prepaid pkg and this was the second time visiting the shop for service. As with the first time, the service advisor told me right away they would not bs able to do it today as they were understaffed. When we bought the vehicle in October the business manager sold he maintenance pkg as a worry free no hassle "just pop in anytime" general maintenance option. I liked that idea as this is my wifes vehicle. The first trip we did not get the vehicle in at all and after explaining this to the service desk person last Friday he could tell I was quite frustrated that the level of service was not as originally explained to us. He went into the back and got one if the guys to agree to the oil change on our car. I dont know the situation with your staffing issues but I am concerned as this situation arose both times we tried to bring it by. We do not live close to the dealership and my wife works out of town making it even more inconvenient for us. I dont know what service to expect now moving forward. Thanks

An excellent experience all round! To begin... we took our 2011 F350 Lariat in for service... and left with a 2017 F450 Lariat! When our "check engine" light came on, we knew that we wanted to return to College Ford for service because we trusted them after having work done there last year when we were in the area. Buying a new truck was not something we planned on doing but something that was meant to be! Our Sales Person, Riley, was tremendously patient and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble. What he didnt know, he made sure to find out. Soon we had lessons from Tim and even Kim. There was never any pressure; simply answers to our very specific questions. Throughout the process, Riley could not have been better. He is an asset to the College Ford organization. When it came time to finalize the purchase, Cindee too was really helpful; making sure that the details were attended to as we needed to return to BC to register the vehicle. A great experience!

Lincoln was not a consideration of a vehicle at all when we were looking for a new car. We had been to 5 other Dealerships when we saw the advertisement for Lincoln. Expecting the same experience that we had received at the other dealerships, we were pleasantly surprised by the attention given. Felt as though we were important. Test vehicles were ready for us and ready to go. Cannot say we had the same experience at the other dealerships. When you make an appointment to test drive vehicles and they know your going to be there at a certain time, why would the vehicle not be ready to go. At COLLEGE LINCOLN we received that. CUSTOMER SERVICE and the feeling of really being IMPORTANT and their only focus. I was even introduced to the Sales Manager. Again CUSTOMER SERVICE. I now own one and never thought I would! Highly recommend COLLEGE FORD LINCOLN.

We bought a used 2013 Nissan Murano here. Found it overall a pleasant place to buy a car. The atmosphere is casual and friendly but professional. CarProof report was provided. We were happy with negotiated price. The car was very well detailed and looked great. Maybe too much new-car-in-a-bottle stuff was used because surfaces are very shiny and reflective the steering wheel quite slippery, and the chemical smell quite noticeable. Niggles: we pointed out soiling on the sun visor that was not cleaned. User manual is still MIA. We used a charge card for part of the payment and were not pleased to be told late in the negotiation that wed have to pay extra to offset the credit card fee charged to the dealership. But bottom line - would shop here again.

The experience was okay. The cost of the service seemed high considering there was nothing really wrong, the car was burning rich which caused my engine light to be on. The technician had to tune things up! The labour on the bill was $218, parts $39 but the ridiculous charge was $36.47 for miscellanous charges. Isnt the labour cost per hour high enough why a miscellanous charge. It almost equalled the parts which you marked up as well, Im sure! I had my oil and filter changed and an inspection was done. The inspection showed wear on my tires in the front and the technician didnt rotate them like he should have. I was dissapointed in that :( maybe they were too busy! I might have better luck next time!

The salesman did not disclose the sales price of the vehicle when asked. He started negotiating at a price that was about $2,000 higher than the advertised sale price on their website. I only found out when I got home and looked at their website, after I had signed the agreement. The car failed the out of province inspection due to a worn out inner tie rod end. The out of province inspector was a certified Ford mechanic from my local Ford dealership. He showed me the play in the front wheel when the car was on the hoist, and told me it should have never passed the inspection at College Ford-Lincoln.

Here from out of town and my car got some warning lights on. Spoke to Mandy and she had me come down to have the error codes checked so I could decide about driving home. Mandy and the service staff were great and I would highly recommended College Ford Lincoln. The fellow who came out to check the codes (cant remember his name but he reminded me of the man who played Frasier Cranes father on Frasier) went above and beyond. The service I received exceeded my expectations. Great job, guys! I appreciate it so much. Now I can head home with confidence.

My husband was the one who dealt with the dealership during this purchase so I have no comment on that. However, on our last roadtrip I dropped something between the passenger seat and the console. When I reached down to retrieve it I came up with some things that shouldnt have been there if the truck had been detailed completely. I found a chewed on dental floss pick, a money wash token and alot of crumbs and yuck. None of this was left there by us since the purchase. I havent had the nerve to check out the drivers side seat but I will soon.

Purchased a used mustang here. They came in with a good price right away. So didnt need to haggle much. Wish they provided a bit better service check. My guess is it was a pencil whipped checklist. Unlike when you take a ford in for service and they give you a breakdown of all the components tested. Brake measurements, tire tread depth etc. the sheet provided was very basic. I would get a third party inspection or ask them for a more thorough service write up if I was to go back. Overall though was a decent experience.

The service was great-timely and efficient . I have a 2016 ford explorer with less than 28,000 kms and all 4 tires are bald .This is not normal but was told it is likely with factory tires Really only 28,000 kms on the tires. No rough roads, only city and occasional highway driving. I will not be buying another Ford. I had another vehicle for 8 years( replaced the factory tires after 80,000 kms). I will be going back to that make and model It is my vehicle not my husbands Becky
