If your looking for parts and knowledgeable staff look elsewhere. They have a lots of batteries but little of any parts, absolutely no knowledge, and love charging a "core" charge when its not even a real thing anymore. Whithin 1 hour I was told 2 very different stories by 2 members of the staff about my battery requirements. The first story came from a manager claiming 9 years of experience, the second a parts man that showed facts and prices that were very different from the managers. I had bought a few parts there earlier and its the last time Ill ever cast a shadow on there doors. Look somewhere else for your batteries perhaps on 3rd Ave where they arent trying to sell bulls*it and instalation. A terrible experience, Ill drive to Calgary for parts before Ill shop there again.

Nice to back up your Dads business, but when you say second to none, you must mean they are even better than All-Tra Battery! Everyone lies a little about the fantastic service offered at a new battery shop, but you wanna be careful about fibs. Everyone knows who owns the leaders spot in Southern Alberta. Tell your Dad to try real hard for 10 or 15 years and well have another look. The ditches are littered with battery businesses that tried to maintain the service and professionalism of All-Tra.

I have always had great service, and have found great pricing at Canadian Energy Lethbridge! I have purchased RV batteries, Truck batteries, ATV and Motorcycle batteries, as well as smaller batteries from Canadian Energy. Amazing service! Had solor panels installed on my rv by Canadian energy in 2015. In 2017 took the RV out to BC and had to do some trouble shooting that evening. Dustin from Canadian energy definitely saved our trip by walking us through everything over the phone / FaceTime well past closing hours! This business will go the extra mile!

Their customer service was awesome and their staff was very knowledgeable and polite! We were headed out camping for the weekend and noticed the battery in our motorhome was dead. They quickly answered all our questions, replaced the battery, and got us on the road in no time! Thanks Canadian Energy!
