I recently hit a deer on my way home and took my truck through insurance. They recommended me to go to carstar because it was closest to my house. Not only did they tell me that it would be ready in 5 days, they took 2 weeks longer then what they have said. I get on the highway after getting my truck back, and I make it to Fort Macloud with my engine light on and my low oil pressure sensor going off. I had to shut my truck down on the side of the road and fix the issue. When they changed the oilcooler in my truck they clearly neglected to do a check after they finished their work. There was 0 oil left in the pan so I was running my truck with out out oil. I am now paying for an oil change that they will be paying for once I get home. I am throughly disappointed in the service and the way that I have been treated. If you need to go anywhere for any service go to fixx auto. Carstar has been unpleasant to be helped by.

I really appreciate the staff here as they are all very friendly and personable. They are very busy so once I had the appointment to get an estimate it took 2 months to get an appointment for the repair. Since my car only had some scratches and small dents I wasnt upset. It was nice (after months of dealing with insurance companies) after the estimate Russ said that everything would be taken care of and all I had to do was show up on the repair date and Carstar would do the rest...and they did! Thanks so much for the excellent service.

WOW WOW! The job they did was simply THE BEST. Amber Kerr and Nicole was a fantastic experience very, very helpful through the whole process . They went above and beyond it was a pleasure to deal with CarStar and recommend them to everyone! I was recommended by my insurance company AVIVA Canada Inc. Carstar is amazing.... They helped us through a very bad experience with our rear windshield and Amber and the team got our windshield the same day on order as well as helped us so there would not be further damage to the car. Very poor estimate for my hail damage. Had a huge pain to deal with my insurance company when I took it for a second opinion and the estimate was almost double (as it should have been) Carstar missed hundreds of dents in their estimate. If my insurance company didnt make me take it there I never would have. So disappointed.

I recently got my new vehicle back from them after a substantial damage occurred. I brought in the vehicle and when I got my vehicle back I was astonished that the vehicle looked as new is the day I bought it. Im extremely pleased with the work and would highly recommend them. THANK YOU CARSTAR!

I had some aesthetic damage to my truck and they had it fixed within a week of me delivering it to them. Super easy to deal with and very nice staff. Ill definetly be going here again if I need aesthetic repairs done.
