this place should not be in business , they are very rude , insulting, and THEY DO NOT KNOW WHAT they are talking about and tried telling me that an alternator does not charge your battery , when Im a mechanic an know thats not true and that an alternators purpose is to charge and maintain charge on your car battery if it is dead the after a boost the alternator will take over and charge your battery !!, I HIGHLY ADVISE & RECOMMEND YOU STAY AWAY FROM THIS BUSINESS THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT YOU OR YOUR WELL BEING , they will be rude to you over the phone , in person , they are discriminative , customer service is non existent here , take your business else where as the way this Lethbridge location is managed they do not have their customers best intentions in mind, they gave me a free boost last summer as Im a block or so away from their location but now wanted to charge 60 bucks for a boost that should be courtesy to customers with their product in their vehicle like me !!! customer service is VERY IMPORTANT when it comes to business and these people dont have it ! I could say more but do your research and dont let these idiots push you around !!!

Free testing of car electrical system and no BS. This place knows batteries and does a *professional* install job for a crazy low price (usually just the cost of parts, wire, connection posts). They are also masters of the laptop pack rebuild. Highly recommend this as a one stop shop for anything "battery".

I havent stumped them yet... Ive gotten a few oddball electronics, and they were always able to get a battery for me, whether in stock (usually) or could order it in for me in a few days... Friendly and helpful people!
