We booked "Wepark" for the week of December 27 to January 3rd a full 8 months in advance, and provided drop off and pickup times which were recorded on our pre-paid receipt. This service is supposed to result in returning to a clean, warm, running car. On our return from our vacation we were met with no transport to JETSET from the terminal. We waited until a bus finally came, about 10 minutes, at which time it was packed onto by several other adults, blocking out both the young children I and other families were travelling with, as well as several adults clearly in their 60s and 70s. Admittedly this is not the fault of Jetset, but as an employee of the business I might have suggested that priority service should be offered to children and the elderly. It was disappointing, to put it mildly. We subsequently waited another 15 minutes for the bus to return (in -26 degree weather), at which time we drove to the JETSET building and were met with no car and a notification from the staff at the location that "head office" had told them we were coming in 2.5 hours later than our arrival. When we showed them our booking, which was paid in advance and clearly stated our return time, they showed us an email from their head office with the incorrect time. When I had the audacity to point out that their error is not my fault, and that we had clearly overpaid for a "wepark" service when I could have parked the car myself and come home to a frozen vehicle they were not sympathetic. We subsequently sat for 35 minutes waiting for them to locate our vehicle. After that time had passed someone saw us sitting in the office (we must have been hard to see with two adults, two kids and 8 pieces of luggage) and asked us why we were still there, since our car was "ready to go". We advised that we had not been told our car was now ready. When I came out to the car it was running, but the windows remained covered with ice and snow and I had to scrape them clean. As compensation JETSET employees gave me a hand written note stating "please credit for 3 days free parking", written on an index card with no employee signature or identifying marks. No offer was given to discount our prepaid parking. They stated the "discount" could be applied on my next visit, as if it was my intention to come back and use their service again - I pointed out to them that I had no intention of returning. As we left they told me "We want everyone to be happy and satisfied when they leave our service". When I stated, bluntly, that we were not happy they just smiled, nodded and walked away. JETSET has no email address on their website for contact, only a telephone number, and there is no way to provide feedback beyond reviews such as this. Please follow my, and others, advice in these reviews and go elsewhere. I would also note that there is a single positive review on here, with 5 stars assigned, from Gurgit Singh - I would suspect that Mr. Singh is an employee or relative of JetSet Employees, and would take his undetailed 5-star rating with a grain of salt.

My husband and I used this service in November 2013. Immediately upon entering the parking lot, there was a long sign with instructions. However, there was someone behind us, so that didnt seem like a good spot to sit and read a sign; we also assumed the instructions would be repeated in the shuttle pickups. Not! The signage for the WePark and the YouPark wasnt clear until you were right in the parking spot. Not a big deal, but annoying. We parked and went into a shuttle station. We werent sure if a shuttle was coming automatically, or if we were to call the EIA number on our cell phone. There was a dedicated phone (again, no sign), so we picked it up and it went to the Jetset voicemail. At this point, we were getting nervous as we had been in the shuttle station about 15 minutes. We were getting panicky, so we tried the dedicated line again, and this time we got a person who told us a shuttle was coming. The shuttle did come, the driver was pleasant and we got to the airport. Upon returning, the signs in the airport were pretty good, a shuttle was waiting and we were returned to our shuttle station quickly, so no complaints there. If I was a woman arriving by myself at night, I dont think I would use this service (there was a woman being dropped off with us) - the shuttle drops you off, and its pretty deserted while you get to your car and brush it off; it was a bit creepy. In short, better signage would help this service a lot, but for now, I think well continue using one of the parking services in Nisku where a shuttle is waiting at your car to take you to the airport.

You get better service from a hotel shuttle so dont bother here. I booked the wepark because I was travelling with my mother and we had a long flight and hoped for quick and pain free connections to and from the airport. We had a very early flight, and on arrival at "Wepark" were told that WestJet wasnt in until 5am. No one offered to handle our baggage until we got on the shuttle bus. When we came home, I called from the airport to let them know we were arrived. The person who answered seemed to question why I was calling. It was obvious why when we got to the car park. My car was no where near. I was handed my keys and told my car was in slot #8. It wasnt warmed up waiting for me. I got in my car and drove it to the door then had to ask for baggage handling from one of the porters who was intent on his cell phone. He put our two large bags in the trunk and started to walk away. I had to ask him to put our two roller carry on bags in. Then when I drove away I didnt get a receipt or instructions as to how to depart. The gates are barred and as I had paid online I hesitated to put my credit card in again. I would not be surprised to see a double charge and have to fight over that. What an annoying and frustrating experience and a waste of money.

I had a fairly good experience parking here in December for two weeks. It cost me $100 or so with a promo code and an extra $11 for one extra day when I arrived late. The only major downside is I couldnt get a hold of a live person to change my arrival date, but I left a message and all was well. I was surprised there was no one picking up the phone because there is always someone at the front desk and I called during business hours, MANY times. Check-in/out is easy. If you fly West Jet itd be worth it to park here just to be able to skip the check in lines and drop off the baggage here!! But I didnt.... so it was off the shuttle with my bags. The shuttle is fast and was nearly full because the "you park" passengers are picked up first. The driver on the way back was quite friendly. I would be careful in the arrival time you give them because they warm your car up by blasting the heat on max... chances are your car will be idling for a while before you arrive. What a waste of gas, but then I guess thats how you ensure your cars warmed up for arrival. Overall, this is not a bad option for parking, especially in the winter.
