I booked a car rental at the Edmonton Airport, Thrifty had a great deal through Expedia. when I got there, a half an hour earlier than expected, there were NO CARS available the gentleman told me he gave away my car and I would have to go to another rental company. I did thank you Enterprise you are awesome but it cost me $200.00 more as it was not previously booked, thank god you guys had a car for me. The gentleman at The Enterprise Kiosk, told me this happens at least once a week Thrifty car rental giving away booked cars and passengers stranded at the airport!!!!!. I contacted Thriftys head office and they were wonderful said they would reimburse me and how sorry they were that I had such a bad experience..WOW I was impressed and reflected that in reviews online. Delisha then emailed me telling me all was good and the cheque was in the mail I would get it in 10+-14 days! Well its 3 weeks later and there is NO CHEQUE IN THE MAIL, when I contacted Delisha she said the franchise, the owner that gave away my car in the first place...........is now asking for more information. The cheque is DELAYED....but it was in the mail!!!!!...If I had not contacted them I never would have known more info was needed..................I sent it..............and now I cannot get a response any longer to my emails. DO NOT RENT WITH THIS COMPANY, they cannot be

I Will never use this company again. I had made a reservation for a full size car over a month before we arrived. After arriving I called the company and was told they would not honour my reservation because the company had sold 3 days before. They offered me a compact car. When I told them that I expected them to honour my reservation regardless of the change of ownership I was told they would not. I will never use this company again.
