This dealership sold me a car that could not be registered in Alberta without an out-of-province inspection, and they made it my problem to get the out of province inspection done. I had to go without a vehicle for a day and they didn’t even offer me a loaner. There was no indication at Summit when I bought the car that I wouldn’t be able to register it, I found out at the registry, and when I reached back out to the dealership their reaction was basically, “oopsie, we forgot!” They even told me to try to arrange the out of province myself before I sent multiple e-mails and called requesting they arrange the out of province at a place that direct bills them. I was super nervous that if I handled it myself something would be found “wrong” with the car and it wouldn’t be released back to me until I paid some massive repair bill - hey, it totally happens. So that was super annoying and a waste of a day of my life, but it was an honest mistake on their part and I wasn’t going to leave a bad review over it. Then, though, someone there also must have found the physical Starbucks card attached to my app in the car I traded in, because as I sat at home in Spruce Grove I was getting notifications on my phone that I was buying drinks in Leduc. I always just use the app and had totally forgotten about the physical card you have to have attached to it, so it must have been in a compartment in the car I traded in. I havent been in Leduc in recent history for any reason other than to trade that car, and the only place I went was Summit, so its the only explanation. This is a card that auto-reloads so it’s essentially like finding someone’s credit card and deciding to just go ahead and use it - albeit exclusively on overpriced coffees. If I hadnt caught on quickly they would have had an endless number of overpriced coffees on me, since its attached to my credit card. I don’t know if I would expect a dealership to call you if they found a $20 bill or a nice pair of sunglasses or any kind of payment card in a car you trade in, but I’d like to think that a good dealership would. I even distinctly remember my salesperson saying as I hastily transferred stuff from the car I was trading in to the one I’d bought that he’d call me if they found anything left in the old car. Sure. The deal was fair, the people at Summit were nice enough to deal with - but they made inexcusable mistakes, gave polite but lazy customer service after the deal was done, and they aren’t even offering to top up my gas tank for the extra trip to Leduc and the day of my life they wasted. Nope. Instead, they’re celebrating that they don’t have to deal with me anymore with Starbucks, on me.

I called into Summit looking for a specific vehicle. The receptionist was very very pleasant on the phone taking down as many details for the call back cause salesman Fred was tied up with other customers. Fred was absolutely amazing. He called be back within minutes.. He had all the Information about the vehicle for me.. He emailed me everything I could possibly need including the car proof! I looked on their website while we were talking. Said we would be there right after work. From Sherwood Park. Come to find that the hours on the website were not the actual hours. Amazingly Fred stayed very late so we could see the vehicle. Not knowing they closed almost 2 hrs before we got there. Thinking we had lots of time with the dealership being open till 8pm. They closed a 5pm. We felt so bad for the mix up. Im positive that if we didnt bring it up. The amazing Fred said it was his pleasure to serve us. Fred definitely ranks in the top 5 of salesmans that Ive dealt with over the many years of buying vehicles. We were treated absolutely amazing by Fred and Summit! We. Will be recommending them to everyone that we hear is looking for a vehicle.. Cause they had /have so many to choose from! Please give Fred a call at Summit! You wont be disappointed in his service. Summit has a brand new facility located in Leduc Ab. Directly east of Kenworth Truck sales and service. Sorry for being so long winded. But we were very happy with our experience with Fred!

I would give it less if I could. Fred was the worst sales person ever!! I was told that my new truck would pull my trailer NO PROBLEM. Wrong! Scariest drive back from BC in my life... thanks Summit! I felt like I had to force them to make the sale, it took over a week of me calling/emailing everyday to get any responses. I was advised by Eric in finance that this was a new truck, when in fact it was registered and therefore used. No one has ever followed up with me in any respects. Shaw GMC delivered the truck to me, apparently Summit said it was detailed... NOT likely, it had loads of dirt and looked like it could use a good vacuum and cleaning. I paid a fair price for the truck, however, their advise and lack of professionalism is most upsetting. Despite the good deal, I would skip this inattentive dealer... I may as well been buying a lollypop for all their help. Shameful

When it comes to buying a used vehicle it can be very difficult, we had the opportunity to meet Zach A. , and this gentleman blew what i had come to think about salesman out of the water. He was friendly and knowledgeable. I was about to score my next vehicle through him at Summit Auto, however I was able to find the right fit for me elsewhere, I would strongly recommend Zach, if you or anyone you know is in need of a used Vehicle. All vehicles on this lot were within the last two years of age, and priced very competitively, if you get fed up with the salesmen inside the Edmonton Area, look no further and boot it out to Leduc. all associates here are very professional, and kind, it was a nice change, from what I had to deal with.

My husband and I had the pleasure of working with Zach Ayers on the purchase of our 2015 Chevrolet Traverse at Summit Used Leduc. Originally I found the SUV in Calgary. Zach made arrangements that same day to have the vehicle brought to Edmonton for us to test drive it. Its all history from there. Zach was Honest, Intelligent and Genuine about the sale. He arranged for the Traverse to get a few minor fixes and for it to be cleaned for us. It was the BEST customer service we had received in a long time. Id like to thank Zach for his professionalism and integrity. I love my new used Traverse!!

I just bought a car from Summitused Leduc few days ago. Mr. Jordan Orth provided me with an unbelievable customer service. He was very professional throughout entire process, explained every single detail to me as I had very little idea about motor vehicles. He even came to pick me up several times as i used a taxi during my first visit to Summitused. The entire transaction process went so smoothly. I was never pushed to go for so many unwanted things with my package. All the staff at Summitused were friendly and courteous. But I should say, Mr. Jordan is simply the best. Thank you.
