I was a Chevy guy through and through (not that I ever had anything against Ford) but loved my Chevys, when I was looking at buying my first new/used truck I called Bob up who did not pressure me into buying a Ford and gave me some options and some people to talk to. After a few nights I decided I would go with a chevy and bought a used one from Edmonton Motors and it was the absolute biggest mistake of my life. After a year and my chevy being in the shop 13 times for the same problem I decided time to give Bob a call again. I went down to Nisku Ford and was greeted immediately with a good old fashioned hand shake and not a bit of pressure. Bob then introduced me to Troy who ended up getting me into the perfect truck for me and then passed me off to the finance office where I dealt with Mike and the exceptional service did not stop there. I then brought it back to the dealer for my first service and Donna and the whole service department greeted me with big smiles, they remembered my name (how blows my mind) but all around very family like feeling. Back in May I unfortunately got in an accident with that truck that I loved and when I went back to Bob to see how the process worked reassured me he would do everything in their power to help and they truly did, from helping me deal with the insurance side of things for payout reasons, countless time from Troy on test drives and sitting with me at the registries, to time Matt in the finance department going through everything and explaining warranties and helping me get what I wanted at the price I needed to be at. Im blabbering now but I highly recommend Nisku Ford to everyone who is in the market for a new car, that is if you like to be treated with respect and have a good old fashion smile and greetings and service when you arrive! Great job to all the staff at Nisku Ford you all do exceptional work and should be very proud of the culture you have built.

SERVICE IS AWFUL- I highly recommend doing whatever you possibly can to avoid taking your vehicle to Nisku Ford. I had an issue with my 2013 Ford F150 (53,000kms) the exhaust making some rattling noises and (im not exaggerating) it took 7 visit 3 catalytic converters and 2 resonators to fix, not to mention hours upon hours of lost time. It seemed that the techs would just change out any old part in the exhaust system, call me up and tell me my truck is finished without even checking. When I would arrive to pick up my truck, I wouldnt even leave the parking lot of the dealership and still hear the problem. This happened on several occasions and as you could imagine was very frustrating. After 2 months and a whole new exhaust system. The exhaust issue was finally solved... but thanks to the ever so talented mechanics at Nisku ford (sarcastic AF) they managed to cause a whole new set of problems for me. So the exhaust issue is finally solved. Yippee! but a day after I leave the dealership I now hear a scrapping or grinding noise coming the transmission area. Obviously, Im not taking it back to Nisku and deal with those ass hats again.. so I had the guys at Brentridge Ford take a look at it for me. They found MULTIPLE BOLTS MISSING AND HALF TREADED IN bolts it the holes where my transmission was suppose to secured... Brentridge told me not to worry and had the bill sent to Nisku Ford. And now for the grand finale of mess ups... My co-worker took in her Mach-1 Mustang GT for an oil change and they DROPPED IT OFF THE HOIST!!! Nisku Ford paid for the damages, which were extensive to say the least but before the incident the car was mint and now if she goes it re-sell there has been work done to it and replacement parts put on it. DONT TAKE YOUR VECHILE HERE FOR SERVICE... Do yourself a huge favor and go to Brentridge Ford.

I dropped my 2012 F-150 off at this location to have my doors looked at since they were creaking horribly. I also asked them to look at my Aluminum Alloy Rims since the chrome plating was flaking off alot. At the end of the day I came back and they said they had fixed the doors but if I wanted the rims looked at I would have to clean them because according to them they were too dirty to photograph. I thought this could be true because I take dirt roads to get to work and thought I would clean them quickly at work tomorrow. So after having driven on the dirt road 2 more times I went out on my lunch break to clean the rim in question and noticed that the dirt on my rims was so light you could blow it off and if you used a brush you could do it in 10 seconds. I brought it back there after work and asked to speak to owner of dealership. The person I got was the Co-Owner named John, I told him of my experience with there service and that I was less the satisfied with it. He bluntly told me that it is not their job to clean my rims for me. I told him I understand that but because someone could not take 10 seconds to clean the area that needed to be photographed I had to come back and spend another 30 minutes waiting. I said to him that heir motto is "Above Expectation" but in my opinion they are falling far short of it. He said they cant be expected to bend over backwards for me. I said how is showing some customer service bending over backwards. He then told me to take my truck to where I bought it and let them deal with it, basically saying I dont need your business. In closing I would just recommend to anyone thinking of doing business with this dealership to look elsewhere because once they have your money they will treat you like garbage. Go to Zender Ford they have been great to me so far, abit of a drive but worth it!.

I just bought a new 2015 Ford F150 Lariat from Nisku Ford. As many people feel, I have always felt pressured when walking into a dealership. This dealership was recommended strongly to me by a friend. I decided I would take that recommendation and give Nisku Ford a chance. My friend was dead on right. Rob Loree, Sales Manager and Stephen Fox were exceptional. Zero pressure. I had some pretty specific requests and Rob spent two solid days trying to meet them. He succeeded with flying colours. I also have his personal cell number. When I text him with a question I get an answer. Even on weekends. Who does that? Dealerships will often try very hard to up-sell you with add-ons to a vehicle. I told them immediately what my plans were and it wasnt going to be through the dealership. Ron was very familiar with the accessory company and went out of his way to coordinate things with that shop. Wow! He even helped pay for a portion of my accessories. Amazing!! I traded in a mint vehicle with very low km. Face it, the dealership has to make money or they go out of business. Was I totally happy with what they gave me, no! That said, Ron showed me what he was being offered, (yes I saw the email with the price on his computer). Such is life! It is what it is! Ive read some of the negative experiences posted. I cant relate. My experience thus far has been a 10/10.
