This place is terrible, staff was very rude and their pricing are obviously left to the discretion of the incompetent desk clerk. I had a set of tires swapped onto one of my trucks, the guy at the desk was quite rude but they got the job done at a competitive rate compared to others in the area, so although not entirely impressed with the customer service I was satisfied. Two days later I returned to have the same job completed on my other truck (same size tires, same work scope), I was lucky enough to again be greeted (not so much) by the very unpleasant worker I dealt with previously. When doing up the work order I noticed the pricing that they were going to charge, it was 70% MORE than it was 2 days ago!. When I asked what was up, the clerk rudely started on about tire pressure monitors and that is why it will be more. Funny thing is the first truck ALSO had them and there was no mention of extra charges. I told him I would have to go elsewhere then and his response was a most unpleasant "OK BYE". I left and will not return. I went down the road to Fountain Tire and had a great experience, they charged me the standard rate with no additional charges. Save yourself the frustration of rude people and getting ripped off, just go another block down the road to Fountain Tire.

I have heard a lot of negative reviews about Kal Tire Fn around people but till yesterday i had never had an issue.I took my tire with a small leak (never went flat) to this store too get repaired to get me to the winter tire season to get new tires then. They tried to repair it but gave up and said the tire was irreparable . What i didnt know till i got back to my car to get it back home, was they "Stole" my valve out of the stem( I did not notice since the sales guy insisted on taking it to my work truck and never told me). I called them and ask why, they admitted to the fact and said they were the self proclaimed "Tire Experts". Iam livid with this shop. I should of just fixed it myself in the first place.I Had to go out of my way too buy a new valve and patch kit found the leak easy enough and fixed the tire. Hey so called tire experts ! "Wow no more leak!" F U never again. Beware! They will be your friends for the quick sale of a new set of tires. I was planning on investing in a new set from them... not any more!

I had a tire emergency while staying close to this Kal Tire. Decided to purchase 4 new tires instead of patching my flat. I arrived at 7:00 am and told 3 - 4 hours to get me back on the road. At 11:00am they hadnt even started working on my truck. When I asked how much longer they told me the soonest would be 2:00 pm before they could even start on my truck. Im normally a pretty patient guy but I noticed every time a big industrial client would come in I would get bumped to the bottom of the list. I understand that you have to look after your regular important local clients and I was only buying one set of tires, but I wish they had been honest with me from the start. I had another 14 hour of driving to finish that day and time was important to me. I remained calm and polite while waiting but the staff couldnt care less about my needs or attempting to keep to the schedule given to me. I left and bought tires down the road after sitting there for 5 hours. I would not recommend!

We started using Kal tire for our tire purchases last year. We were so please at the quality of service. I picked up a bolt in my tire while in the city and I popped into the nearest Kal Tire 5 minutes before they were suppose to close. They didnt turn me away and fixed my tire at no charge. So when my battery died just before our cold snap hit I turned to them again. They got the battery in from another store so I didnt have to drive to Edmonton. This is the kind of service that I want to have!

This is an outstanding store. The manager and staff are friendly, efficient and accommodating! I had a blowout on the hwy and they set me up with a replacement tire and had me on my way in no time. I went back recently for winter tires and am again very pleased with the service and products. I certainly will be going back for new tires in the summer. I heartily give this place both thumbs up!

Was to booked up to make me an appointment. So they told me to put a deposit down of $100 and come back next Friday and they will have a spot for me. I showed up next Friday (after a snowstorm though) and they were way to booked up. So I got my money back and went to the one in Acheson where they took me the very next day.

Friendly and courteous staff. They had the tires in stock that I wanted and replaced 4 tires and put my spare back under the truck and performed a whee alignment. Having just walked in that day, everything was comoleted all within 3 hours. Great Job Guys!!

Very slow service, fairly officious attitude, staff ok but would rather talk to people on phone than people at desk. Very few technicians. I believe this says something about management. They need to come back to reality, its a tire shop.
