Hi, I rented a car at the International airport of Edmonton No hi, or how are you. Just the : I need your driving licence and I.D. with a picture. When I would ask the employee a question she would answer : As I had just told you … She did not let me talk and ask any questions and if I misunderstood something she basically repeated it in the same way with the : As I just said… There was nothing wrong in the word she was saying. But her attitude toward me was condescending and unprofessional nevertheless. At one point, I had to stop her to ask her why the vibe was so wrong here. She answered me that she was telling precisely what she was supposed to. And she did. This was pretty subtle and she did not talk loud to me or swear or anything. I just wanted to express that on a scale of satisfaction I would have to say about her service was unsatisfactory. There are so many cars renting company, I rather go to another one as oppose to deal with the possibility of meeting another employee like her.

Over price and terrible services. Scammer! Tried to charge me a stone chip on windshield from previous rental. I refused to pay and argue for 20 minutes before they admiited that the damage did occurred from prior rentals. Will not rent there again ever. AVOID!

I left my set of keys in the car and they took care of it right away and even transferred it to the closest location from my house! Awesome staff. Thanks for tracking it down for me! Will definitely recommend to others that are visiting Edmonton.
