I recently purchased a vehicle from this dealership and it was quite a journey to embark apon. The sales experience was amazing Eddie Bongo was a great help all throughout the process, was very knowledgeable and extremely friendly and I highly recommend that you go and see him if you come to this dealership. The issues that I had here were not so much from people as much as from mechanical issues. Personally when I purchase a used vehicle from a dealership, while I dont expect it to be in mint condition, I do expect it to come without mechanical issues. Upon purchasing a car and giving the dealership $5,000 for said car one of my clauses was to have the battery and alternator tested as the battery connectors were really corroded. I was assured that this would be done, however it was evidently not done and withing a week the battery was completely dead. I had to boost it 5 times in one day and after that it simply wouldnt start even with a boost. After checking the battery undiscovered that there wasnt even any water in the cells! I called up the dealership and they were pretty good with replacing the battery, I did have to argue with them a little to convince them that seeing as how they failed to do the work requested it should be their responsibility to tow the car to the shop in order to replace the battery. In th end they towed the car, replaced the battery and did an alternator test while providing me with a nice loaner all at no coast to me. However with in a week the check engine light came on. At this point Im fed up with the vehicle and brought it back to the dealership. I told them that I wanted a different vehicle and they worked well to get me into another car, I did pay a little extra for said car. Again I have to tip my hat to Eddie Bongo who sold me the second car as he worked very hard to find me a vehicle that I liked and that was in good condition. I must also say that Mike the GM of the dealership was also very helpful throughout the process to make is as smooth as possible. Now unfortunately there were some minor issues with this vehicle that I discovered within the first week, mainly that the heat didnt work, the passage door didnt lock, and the Pistons on the truck hatch were shot. I am extremely grateful to the dealership for they fixed all of these issues for me without incurring any cost to me. When all is said and done I can honestly say that I am happy with my vehicle purchase, and the only reason that I gave a three star was due to all the mechanical issues that I came across and the fact that it took little over a month to finally have a sound working vehicle. At the end of the day though I can recommend this dealership, the only advice I will give to you if youre considering going here is to set boundaries and firm expectations with them. Stand your ground and dont back down when there is an issue with your vehicle. When I did this I was well taken care of.

Employee drinking, smoking and joy riding in vehicles that we customers are then supposed to buy. My husband and I stopped by Go Auto looking for a new truck. We are ready to buy and have done enough research that we know what we are looking for and what we should be paying. We saw a 2012 Dodge Ram that had all of the features that we wanted and, while the price was a little higher than what it was worth, it was still within what we had been looking to spend. Nick Sung came out a few minutes after we did our initial walk around of the trucks and proceeded to let us know that this Dodge in particular was a great choice as he himself had been driving it around recently. The outside of the vehicle was dirty but its been raining on and off all week and we attributed that, and the inevitable test drives, to the dirty outside of the vehicle. I never expected that an employee would just be out joy riding in vehicles that they are trying to sell. When we opened the door the first thing we could tell was that someone had been smoking in the car as it definitely smelled and there were ashes all over the back seat and the drivers seat and door. We opened the back doors and saw one empty Budweiser can in the back and another full one that fell out as the door was fully opened. Nick laughed and immediately stated they werent his (although he grabbed the full one and put in in his pocket as he continued to deal with us). Even with this being the truck we wanted at the price we wanted, we will not now or EVER purchase a vehicle from this business. We were speechless for most of the ride home and could not believe how unprofessional this person was... We constantly try to support local Leduc business, even when they are franchises that come into town, but I will GLADLY drive into Edmonton or any other surrounding city before I step foot at this dealership again.

Im purchasing my second car but my first through a dealership. I met with a really nice salesperson yesterday and he showed me an amazing car which I instantly fell in love with. I signed a draft bill of sale and paid a deposit to guarantee that the car would be held onto for me until I could pay for it. I went back in today (yes, 24 hours later) with my mom to pay and sign the actual bill of sale and was told (completely unapologetically) by the guest experience manager that the car was sold. He didnt offer to make it right by getting me a great deal on a new car. He just sort of said "yeah Im sorry cause you didnt sign a real bill of sale the information wasnt in the computer". Maybe they should consider logging interactions virtually so everyone is on the same page... I fail to see how that justifies selling a car there is a deposit on. Your disorganization is appalling considering you handle thousands of dollars daily... I also called earlier today to confirm it was alright for me to come by this afternoon and no one bothered to mention to me that it was sold. So I drove to Leduc, wasted a bunch of time and gas only to be completely let down... If they had phoned me at any point before the car sold and said "hi, Sally, someone else is interested in the Jetta and would like to take it home today. Can we refund your deposit and look at different cars sometime?" I wouldve told them that I am willing to pay for it and they couldve likely sold two cars by telling the other customer it was sold. Congrats, Go Auto Leduc, you sold one car for $250 more and completely lost a customer who is in the market for a new car. I hope that you realize you had potential to sell two cars and completely lost the opportunity because of poor customer service.

I recently had the greatest experience ever with Christian at GoAuto Leduc International Outlet, He got me to one of my favourite dream car with no hassle. Christian is a straight up guy and hes there to help on every step of process no matter the situation he will fight for you. I have never had the privilege of seeing my sales guy helping through every part of the process from helping me choose the vehicle as he’s talented and has so much knowledge about the vehicles, as well as deliver my car to me at my door in calgary from leduc he was updating me the status and after deliver the car he was in touch with me to check how I’m doing with my new ride. Most sales people only care about the money but christian cares about his clients not money.
