Brought my vehicle on April 11, 2017 at 8am (opening time) for a new all season tires, came back from work walking from office and arrived at 3:40 pm , still not done. Nobody is working on it. When I asked, thats the time someone is doing it, waited until its done, very bad. Cant believe it, One of best manage company as their plaque but i dont think so, Saying "because they are BUSY" is not an excuse or reason for not finishing the work order for 8 hours...So, is it the management, scheduling or bad service? Then found out that my vehicle needs alignment but no time , its very late, they closed at 5pm. Will not recommend. Brought my vehicle to another company for wheel alignment.

Driving from Calgary to Edmonton, my left rear tire decided it no longer wished to be associated with my vehicle, and blew. Please note# I was stuck on the highway in a very dangerous spot. After one call to Fountain Tire they were able to provide excellent assistance at the roadside, and I followed the service truck to their shop. With the help of their professional sales staff and exceptional service, I had all four tires replaced within a few hours. Terrible experience both times. Had to go back 4 times for a wheel alignment 3 years ago. Tried them again yesterday to install and balance tires. Had to go back again today and still didnt put on centre caps for rims. When driving home truck still shacking cause tires are out of balance still and they scuffed three of the four 20" rims.Great people, terrible terrible workmanship would not bring anything thing to have any kind of work done there.
