While in edmonton getting an oil change for my truck i had some running around to do after. So as everyone knows that edmonton cant keep up with their pothole repairs i hit one hard and snapped a balljoint on my truck and loosing the steering. So after getting to a stop and assessing the damage an figuering out what to do i finally arranged for a tow truck. While waiting for a tow i called my insurance company and they recomended enterprise as they have a deal in place with them. I called the local dealer in leduc and explained the situation to the fella on the phone. He was very polite and helpful in letting me know what he had available for me so i settled on a truck. Since he let me know they closed at noon and it was already 11 am an i was still in edmonton he let me know he would stay late to get me going. I arrived at 1230 and true to his word Simon was still there and had the truck ready for me. It was running and warm so we did a quick walk around to see to note if there was any damage to note. Signed the rental contract and i was good to go. Great service and very much appreciated after the morning i had. I will be back to rent from them again. Thanks for all the help.

When I booked the car, I noticed the address and phone number that came up was an old one. I changed it, I thought. I booked it for 9:00 AM pick up. At 9:30 I phoned them and asked them to pick me up around 11:00. They said that would work. At 11:45 they hadnt arrived so I phoned and found out they had the wrong address and phone number. Finally they arrived about 1:30PM. When I arrived to pick up the car, the only car left had not been cleaned. I figured out they were stalling because they had given my car out and were waiting until they got another car in. The car was a Buick Verano. The fuel consumption was good for the size of car. The ride was smooth. The seat was very uncomfortable. The front of the of the seat bottom would not go down far enough and the seat back did not give good support. After 5 hours driving my back had had it. Returning the car went smoothly. My experiences renting with Enterprise before have always been good.

I have been dealing with Enterprise on a regular basis for a long time due to my job. I am constantly renting vehicles from different Enterprise locations all across Canada. My experience in Leduc was by far the BEST customer service experience I have ever had with Enterprise. So much so, that after I returned the vehicle I called Customer Service just to let them know how fantastic Fiona the Assistant Manager is at her job. I highly recommend this location and assure you they will take care of all your needs. They even followed up after I left to make sure everything was perfect, and when my colleague locked the keys in the car they had roadside assistance to us in no time. I wish all Enterprise locations were this efficient, friendly, and valued prestige customer service!

I had someone confirm a week ago of my pickup time and also phoned two hours before my pickup time on the day of my rental to double confirm. The time of pickup came around and no one had been dispatched to get me. They were then going to dispatch someone at that point but I was 45 minutes away from the location and didnt want to wait so I had my husband bring me in, costing us and extra $20 in gas and 1.5 hours of driving for my husband. They should stop saying "well pick you up" when they answer the phone, because clearly they failed to.

Needed to rent a car for the day to do some running around in Edmonton, which I found to be the cheaper alternative to cabbing and the buses didnt work to my schedule. They got me a car from a different location to suit my needs and dropped me off at home at the end of the day. Customer service was friendly and I didnt have any issues.

Went to pick up service rental paid for by the Derrick dodge. One of CSR asked if Corolla was okay, I said fine. But then another CSR came and said it wasnt clean, offered me fiat smart car, which is of course cheaper car, and they get paid only for the cheapest car. But instead of telling me the truth, they tried to lie through it.

Signed off on no damage to my car. Few weeks later get a call from claims department saying I owe them a new windshield as there was a crack in the windshield. Please avoid this place as they are a bunch of scam artists
