Great company to work for. Management is great and looks after their employees. Also any complaints are taken seriously and dealt with in a quick manner. I am very familiar with the procedures when it comes down to removing personal belongings from vehicles. Adesas policy is to keep all items in storage for a number of months. I have been to Adesas repossessed storage unit and I have seen a lot of expensive items stored for customers to come and pick them up and nothing ever gets missing as soon as it is in the unit. Vehicles that are repossessed are picked up by towing companies, some of them leave everything as it is and some will remove items before towing into the yard. Adesa is a very busy place, thousands of vehicles parked and you find hundreds of units coming in and out on the daily basis. Security staff are doing their best to prevent thefts. If I know my vehicle is going to be towed, my common sense tells me to remove items such as wallet, cellphone, bank statements, etc. Also consider the following, your vehicle is towed to the towing company yard first where it can stay for a number of days. It is possible that neither tow truck driver nor Adesa employee removes items but someone not related to anyone decides to break into the vehicle and steal. Always think outside the box and take things into consideration before you get angry and write negative reviews.

Worst experience ever. Took over a week to try and pick up my vehicle, when I went to see my vehicle, everything was taken out and when I had to confirm all my personal items, was missing a bunch of items! The guy said he couldnt verify what was or was not in my vehicle at the time and blamed the tow company. Called the tow company and they said the vehicle was dropped off at Adesa with no stops. Worst service ever. Adesa rep said they would call in a few days to let me know what they find out about my missing belongings, its been over a week! My cd player was full of my personal cds and they took the time to empty it all out, 6 cd player, and adjust the control knobs on my vehicle. Not cool. They will take your belongings so be sure to take everything with you, or they will steal what they want and blame someone else!

Would not recommend buying from this location. They do a terrible job with their mandatory BPP inspections. Purchased a vehicle transported it back to us by truck and found oil in the coolant, loose engine mounts and oil saturated hoses all requiring replacement. Brought this issue to Arbitration department and they said there was no oil in the coolant at time of inspection. B.S. how can you have saturated coolant lines from oil sitting in them that are so soft they all need replacing if it just magically appeared? Brushed it off and was not willing to help. Either they didnt do the inspection at all or have no clue what there doing.
