I saw all the good reviews and bought my Altima 2015 last January. Since i have got this car, i have visited Westend Nissan service department 8-9 times and still having issues. They only make you understand with very good excuse but never fix it. Right when i was getting delivery of my car (very first day) i checked and found that the fan was not working, so they had to fix this. Many more issues.. 1. I had my sunroof making noise when i open or tilt it. I told Westend Nissan about this and every time they do is just clean the debris and return me the car. this was repeated 3-4 times. I moved to Calgary in August last year and got my car checked at another Nissan dealershit. They said we need to replace the sunroof and they did it. Westend Nissan never cared for it because it might cost them extra money which is more important to them before the customer. 2. Every time move steering of my car in parking mode it was making some weird noise. i told this many times to Westend Nissan and they said its normal in this car. I checked this thing at the dealership in Calgary and they said we need to change the Steering Shaft Flange and they did it. again it proves that Westend Nissan never cared for it because it might cost them extra money which is more important to them before the customer. 3. its just been a year i bought my car and this morning i found that my battery is dead. I had Acura before and i never had any battery issues even if i leave my car outside all night in -25 and this one got dead while temperature was just -9. I am sure the dealership had changed the battery before i got my car because i bought the demo piece. 4. The driver side door was rattling when i close the door. i told the service guy and he said that happens. No solution for this. I would never recommend anyone to get even a part from this dealership. Ever since the day i got my car, i have been frequently visiting these people but it never helped. I was living in Millwoods and these people are located at totally other side of the city. still i keep going there just so that i can get my car fixed well, but i think i just wasted my time keep going back and forth.

A month ago, as I was driving from Edmonton to Vancouver, I ran off the road and damaged a rear strut on my 2015 Nissan Rouge. I looked under the car it was a little damaged. I took the car for the first oil change in two weeks to West End Nissan on 179 street. I thought when I took the car for oil change, I would tell them about the damaged strut and they would either fix it under warranty or charge me for it. Unfortunately, I forgot to tell them about the damaged strut on the oil change day. After I picked up my car after the oil and filter change was done and I brought it home, I remembered I had forgotten to tell about the strut. I looked at the maintenance record, it showed that all struts were good and they were all marked as being good. I became happy because I thought they saw the damaged strut while inspecting the car and repaired it. But to my surprise, when I looked under the car for another reason yesterday, I saw the strut that was already bent and badly damaged. I wondered why they did not report it on the maintenance record. While inspecting the car after oil change, they either saw the damaged strut or they did not see it. If they saw it was damaged, why did they not mark it as damaged and tell me about it. Why did they mark it as being good? If they did not see it, are they doing their job properly? Why didnt they notice it? They should have exercised some responsibility and care as it relates to our lives. Do not fill in false maintenance reports again please. You are playing with our lives. as long as I am concerned, I will not go there any more because I value my life and the lives of other people.

I have to admit I was hesitant at first; I had originally gone in for the dimensions of the Nissan Frontier, and the first salesperson (who is no longer there) came off a little pushy and it made me not want to return. A few weeks later I received a phone call from Jordan Rousseau; he was very polite and after I explained my hesitation, he was quite understanding. He asked if it would be all right if he made up a list of vehicles I might be interested in based on a short discussion over the phone, and call me back in a week to make an appointment. Jordan and his manager were very understanding of my needs, were very knowledgeable, and did not push for me to buy a new vehicle with features I did not ask for. They let me take a new one home for a test drive, to determine if it would be a feasible fit for me. I had brought in my mother in-law before making the final deal as she has been a proven negotiator. It is safe to say that both my girlfriend and I were quite embarrassed by the extent that she went to in bartering, but both Jordan and the manager Adam were good sports about it. In the end we had made an agreement that I am most pleased with. In time I plan on buying another Nissan, perhaps new (depending on the needs that arise), and I will definitely make Jordan my first call.

I have been searching for a Nissan Juke that is 1-3 years, low KM for a decent price, for a very long time, and was becoming challenging. I finally saw one at West End Nissan, so I went over strait away. As soon as I walked into the store, a polite receptionist greeted me, and she located a sales associate immediately...other stores I felt like the sales associates were sharks, but here I felt comfortable. My sale associate was Michael Carlson, he was very polite and found the Juke that I saw on the website. He did not pressure me into higher models, or a different car all together like other stores. This was my first time purchasing a car from a dealer, and at West End Nissan it was pretty much painless. When I came to pick up the car, Mike and Lenny made sure that I had everything that I needed before I drove off, floor mats, new tires, new battery, etc. My only disappointment was when I was driving home, the gas was running low which I thought had been filled up prior to leaving. Im sure if I brought it up to the staff, it would have been filled. My family had come along, and they were very pleased with the service and also plan on purchasing their future cars here. Overall, I am very happy and hope to have my Juke for the years to come.

I went here too look at cars advertised on their website and also on kijiji. When I arrived I had to track down a salesman. Not finding one I found a sales manager. I asked about several cars listed on their website. He informed me that one car was sent to auction (so why even list it on your website then?) and the other was sold three weeks ago! I told this guy my price range, he was condescending and tried to make me feel cheap and then he tried to get me to go on a test drive and wanted to work out the numbers on a 2013 Maxima, a $43,000 car which is more then twice my budget. This dealership is very small and offers very little, especially in used cars. Their website is misleading and deceptive because they do not have all the cars listed but they hope youll be dragged in by it. I honestly would avoid because otherwise youll find yourself out of a lot of money I am sure. If you want a good Edmonton Area Nissan dealership I recommend Sherwood Nissan, they worked with me and have friendly staff.
