So I went in there for advice about taking my stereo out of my Truck because I was trading it in and the dealership didnt care about it. Buddy at visions said that they could do it because they have the special tools to remove the seat and system. Because of time I agreed, my dealership deal was only for a weekend. (You know how dealers work) They took it out and lost a couple of bolts. And charged me 180 bucks to take out the system and put the factory system back in. I decided to not to go ahead with the trade deal with the dealership, and asked how much to put the system back in. I was quoted 460 bucks just to place everything back where it was. I said forget about it, and took out the seat out with a socket wrench, last time I checked that wasnt that special. Got everything hooked up but my amp still didnt work. I went int there to talk to the installer and find out where he grounded the amp and they said that he was too busy. All the guys in the audio section just told me to scrape some more paint off the frame. They said that the guys in the back are really good about hiding things like that. Anyways, after other drop ins and phone calls on hold for 20 mins I said the hell with these guys. Kind of a Joke if you ask me. The installers are protected behind their doors. Go anywhere else, the price matching that they have isnt worth the lack of customer service. I think that is more what you pay for when you go to a place like this in the first place.

Absolute garbage. Dont go here if you are buying car speakers. They have no idea what theyre talking about and will sell you speakers that dont fit in your car. They are verbally rude to their customers too. Would give 0 stars if that was an option. Edit: For some reason I went back to buy a car starter remote. I went for only the remote, but the sales associate told me my car started system was "obselete" and "needed to be replaced". 350 bucks later I walked out with a whole new system (brought it to a family friend for install as I dont trust their techs). A. The sales associate waited to tell me until AFTER I had payed the transaction that there were "no returns allowed" on the product. B. Upon bringing it to a family friend for install, I was told that the system I had in fact WAS NOT obsolete, and that in was actually THE BEST and MOST RELIABLE system you can possibly have in your vehicle. I went back in to demand a return, and was treated rudely by customer service and then ignored for 20 minutes. They finally agreed to return it after arguing with them for 5 minutes. I cant emphasize how awful this place is. If you need car stuff - go to JBs or elsewhere. If you need a TV or home theatre - go to Best Buy. These guys are atrocious. Makes me sick to even think about this store.

Im not one for writing reviews but I had the worst experience possible shopping for a video camera for my wife for Christmas. First I waited over an hour to talk to a highly trained customer service rep. Then when I had a chance to talk to one, I knew more then they did just by reading the stickers on the camcorder. I went to buy the camcorder and he told me the only one left was the display model. He offered me $20 off the price for a product that was on their shelves for almost a year. How do I know this you ask. there was videos rec on it from March. I told him I would take the floor model so he went to find the box to package it up and seen the charger was not there. I waited for 2 hrs watching this guy look for the charger, I finally said can you just order one in for me? He then brought me to the checkout to complete the order, after ringing the product through he needed a managers code which took another 20 min. as the manager walked in from outside laughing and joking I got a code and was walking out the door 3 1/2 hours from when i first walked in

We have been customers of Visions south Edmonton for many years and have always been impressed. We always buy the extended warranty and finally had to use it as our TV died in the 5th year. We have had exceptional customer service from James and from the General Manager! Japan Video came to look at our TV within a few days and within 1 day of that, we were called by Visions to let us know we get a brand new TV! Its a smaller store than Best Buy and we feel valued. No pressure, no big sales pitches... we highly recommend Visions to anyone looking for electronics! Addendum: We had some problems with the TV we purchased. Yet again the experience was awesome! We had NO problems at all in exchanging the TV! No muss, no fuss, just pleasant, easy dealings to exchange the TV! Jason and Jeremy were amazing and the experience was fantastic! We will NEVER go anyplace else for our electronics! Thank you so much for showing what it means to care for your customers!!

Went to visions on south side to pick up another piece of my home theater which I bought from St Albert trail visions location which i recommend going to that one good service. But had to deal with Matthew at the south side visions he made a simple pick up which shoulda took 10min or less into an hr. Bitching about prices which i already paid for at St Albert visions that i have to pay him more. Of course I didnt pay more was none of his business to make more dealing with me Bill was already paid. Made me wait arguing that I have to pay him more for his product outta his store he phoned a bunch of ppl to try to get me to pay more which got him no where. Ill just keep taking my business to st albert visions. Their straight up front no hiden prices and fast.

Easily the best experience Ive had when it comes to a retail place. I got a car audio system, in which the sales reps helped me find the things that were the best bang for the buck, and then dropped on a huge discount. The biggest difference was the above and beyond quality they did on the install. For no extra charge they custom mounted my amp out of site as they knew I use my car a lot for camping, and didnt want to be removing an amp often. They also tuned my system free of charge, and gave me a few extras to get the most out of my system no charge. They then showed me how to use everything and even ordered a piece for the head unit facing that became slightly damaged. Very impressed and would never hesitate to get a car audio install from these guys

I had very worst experience with the sales guy working in the home cinema department . Bought a projector and accessories for about $1900 and sales guy asked me to buy extended warranty for additional cost which I did. He said itll cover any kind of damage. This Epson unit quit within about five months (not even watched for 100 Hours). I took it back to vision and they said they cantt do anything even though I have extended warranty. they asked me to call Epson. Epson said theyll only sending refurbished unit thatll cost them $775 that will be taken from my credit card. These guys are not very help full and selling all kind of refurbished craps. I will never buy anything from Vision anymore. Specially never buy expensive extended warranty.
