This guy is a rip off and hes a lier. I clearly heard him talking over the phone to my boyfriend Nick, saying that the fuse box is the problem. Nick had asked him twice if he was sure, to which Dan replied "yes, Im sure". Before Nick brought the car down to the shop, he had the car diagnosed somewhere else and was told its the hydraulic pump so thats what he wanted done on the car. Dan said he needs to diagnose the car himself because he doesnt think thats what the problem is. After replacing the fuse box for $1300 the car was in the same condition as before. Also, the car wasnt even running for 1/2 hour after Nick picked it up, before it broke down again. Nick called Dan back right away, and not on Saturday (as Dan lied about in the comment below). When Nick broght this to his attention, Dan started getting very rude and was demanding another $800 to fix the pump. On top of all that, Dan had the audacity to tell my boyfriend that if he cant afford a bmw he shouldn drive one. My opinion on that is, if someone is driving a bmw, it doesnt automatically give you the right to rip someone off because you know they have money. We will not be recommending you to any of our friends and family that drive German cars.

Worst experience ever he is nice untill u prove him wrong I brought my car to him and I told him it could be the pump so he diagnosed my car and said its the fuse box before he replaced it i asked him are u sure this is the problem? he said 100% yes, charged me 1300 and I was ok with it as long as my problem is fixed but than I drove it for 5 mins and it was back to the same problem I brought my car back to him he scanned it and he said yeah this other mechanic might have been right and he wanted to charge me 800 more I told him this is not my fault ur the mechanic than he started being rude and telling me Im playing with him after paying 1300$ cash also telling me if u cant afford it than dont drive it and never come back to my shop . I just cant believe how can ppl be like this he is one of the beggist liers I have ever met . I dont recommend anyone going there !

Ive used Triska Auto quite a few times because the prices are a little cheaper than taking your Bimmer back to the dealership. The price difference is just no longer worth it. The customer service has been very rude as a result of weak interpersonal skills and is why he was forced to retire from Edmonton BMW. The shop is located over an hour outside of Edmonton; youll be without your car for up to a week. STAY AWAY! I I called Tire Warehouse in addition to a couple other indy BMW mechanics and they all quoted me 2/3rds of what Triska Auto did!!!

Ive been very happy with the service Dan provides; there is great comfort in taking your car to someone so knowledgable and passionate. His expertise and experience with various BMWs has made me very comfortable trusting him with my ride. There was one comment here addressing his pricing, however I found him to be extremely well priced; in some cases he sourced OEM parts for less than I could get them online! All in all, highly recommended!

I broke down in Edmonton this past summer with no idea who to go to, being from across the country. Luckily I found Triska. Pleasant guy, and a total pro. Not sure what the other reviewer was talking about, hes like 15 minutes from the river, right in the centre of town. Anyhow, after maybe 2 minutes of diagnostics he knew exactly what my problem was. He ordered a part and got me on my way the next day. Thanks Dan!

Was quoted $1000s by the dealership to repair massive oil leak and blown turbo. A filter housing gasket and a loose hose clamp later my BMW is running perfect. Saved me a bunch of money. Will definitely bring my vehicles back to Triska. Im guessing that negative review is BS and whoever wrote it should go back to driving a Civic.

Sent a friend and he was more then helpful and accommodating her in continuing her trip to bc. As well as the super price. He then also help me and was sure of my problem where every other shop was could be this or that, got to start somewhere. With a bmw somewhere can be expensive
