Stay far far away. Completely dishonest place. Went here for an estimate and asked for options and my vehicle came out looking worse than it went in. I was given zero options and I was first told that only pictures were taken, then told they had to shuffle things around, then they went as far as telling me they removed my entire bumper. I took it to a second shop for an estimate and was told there was absolutely no signs of the bumper being removed whatsoever, was given options and it came out $1300 cheaper. I was told by Speedy that Id need a new headlight at $600, when in reality its really $2300 because they failed to recognize that I have xeon factory headlights. If you cant recognize the difference between halogen and xeon factory lights then Id be a little worried for a repair shop. Or maybe that was for a surprise billing later on? Whether or not these guys do good work I dont know, but with dishonesty like that I definitely wont be considering them in the future.

A special thanks to these guys - they ordered the parts for my vehicle and then we found out that insurance had not cleared the vehicles for work yet. Took 3 whole months to get that sorted out. The vehicle got done ahead of the time estimate and everything looks fine. My advice is to avoid renting a car with Discount Car and Truck at the same location. If you rent a car from Discount on St Albert Trail, check your windshield on the pre-inspection for chips with a magnifying glass. I missed one 1/8 of an inch across on the pre and post inspection, but their staff made a point of mentioning it on the post inspection. I drove the vehicle all 5 trips on roads that did not exceed 60km/hr, and it did not even get any mud on it, much less rocks or sand. Gave the manager this photo for a second chance to re-evaluate, but he insists that I pay.

I was very upset when I got into a car accident because I thought my car would never be the same. Well, I was wrong. This bodyshop does amazing work and the results speak for themselves. You cant tell my car was in an accident! My insurance company initially referred me to another body shop and was told Id have to wait two weeks for an appointment (just for the estimate). My friend told me about Speedy Collision and their prompt service. No appointment necessary. I walked into the shop and they looked at my car immediately. I had a complimentary coffee while I waited for the estimate to be completed and it was painless. Once the insurance company approved the work I was scheduled in the following week. Cant recommend these guys enough and I recommend them to family and friends!

Went there last year, to get damages on my car fixed. Very friendly and a good atmosphere. But when it was time to pick up my car, things were different. The person from speedy collision shows you what they did. My car is red, I also had red paint on the drivers side inside. A whole lot of white dust. My windshield had over spray on part of it, wasnt totally covered. Anyways, when they say, they are going to clean after themselves, that wasnt done. I took my car in twice to get extra paint removed from the inside of my car.
