I have been to Speedy Auto on Gateway a couple of times and have had great experiences every time. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. They go out of their way to make sure your needs are met. The most memorable time I went in for a checkup before I went on a road trip, and they showed me that two tires were very worn down. I couldnt wait for them to order them in to the store because I would be leaving for my trip before they got there. One of the workers went to the warehouse that same day to get the tires for me instead. They even offered to come in before they opened to torque them the day I left for my trip because I was leaving early in the morning. They have worked quickly and are fair priced each time I have been there. Highly recommend!

These folks are FANTASTIC! They have taken a shop that was apparently mediocre and turned it into a bustling hub! They go above and beyond to make their customers feel valued and informed about what is happening with your vehicle. They were very knowledgeable about the common problems with the make, model and year of our vehicle. They also work quickly and dont take your time for granted. Not to mention that they lost EVERYTHING in Fort Mac and have bought this business and turned it around in just a few short weeks! These guys have what it takes and Id recommend them to EVERYONE. Check these guys out, you wont be disappointed.

The management and staff are extremely courteous and professional; I really cant think of any other business where their customer service has been as excellent. The vehicle diagnostics, repairs, and service that weve had done over the last couple of months on all 4 of our familys vehicles (3 European cars and one from Japan) has been completed competently and economically. I rarely take the time to review a business (although I know that I should), but I feel strongly that people should know just how good this business is.

Fantastic experience! The staff were extremely kind and helpful; they greeted me by name when I dropped off/picked up my car, despite never having been there before. I got an inspection, road test, replacement parts, and servicing for more than $50 less than what two dealerships quoted me for just an inspection of a specific problem (Speedy did my inspection free of charge). I will definitely be recommending them to my friends and this is the location I will be servicing my car at from now on. Fabulous!

I had a flat tire and called AMA to change it. They werent able to find any issue with the tire. So I brought it into Speedy Auto and they checked it numerous times and also couldnt find any issue. However, they did take time to check it over, took the donut tire off and put it underneath and put the old tire back on. They also topped up all my tires with air. Heres the great thing: they never charged me anything. Wow! What a blessing.

Absolutely the best place to take your car! Can not say enough great things about this location! They are great with accommodating last minute appointments, and do phenomenal work. Ive never had to wait more than an hour for simple stuff such as getting my tires and oil changed. If you wait in the store, they get your car in and out and get you on your way! Highly recommend! Ed, always a pleasure to stop in at this location!

I have been in Speedy Auto a few times in the last year. The service center is under new management. The front desk managers were very friendly. The technicians are knowledgeable and quiet welcoming to answer questions related the vehicle issues. I feel confidence to drive my car after taking to them and resolving the engine issues. I recommend this service center for others like me. Good job folks!

The staff at Speedy are very eager to earn your business. They will bend over backwards to ensure your satisfaction. I had some btake repairs and they stayed late to finish the job so I could get to work the next day. They were friendly and told me what needed to be done before they started the work, without any pressure to do unnecessary repairs. I was satisfied with the service.

Ive been here twice and have had a great experience both times! All staff are super friendly and knowledgeable and the mechanics are always willing to answer any car question you may have. Chris and Biju have both worked on my car and they were awesome! The prices are better than any other shop Ive been to in town and the service is also super "speedy"! ;) My new go to autoshop!

Oh what can I say. My husband and I have received auto services from this location for few times, and we are always grateful! I can tell they dont overcharge us and get the vehicles done like yay! The lady at the front desk is always friendly (I think she is the owner?) and Chris surely knows what hes doing. Dont even think about going to other shops- this is the one.

Very friendly people genuinely interested in doing a good job. They were clear, polite, and showed me things that were good and less good about my vehicle. They told me clearly what are non urgent items and how to deal with it best. It took a little longer than I hoped, but they were very apologetic about it so no ding. Prices were very fair too. Highly recommended!

This is my favorite auto shop. My first time the staff was very nice and sooo helpful, I ended up coming back another time for tires. On my second visit the staff was just at pleasant! Not only that but after i explained to them i was a student, they helped me choose the best tires for the best price i could hope for. Id recommend this shop to everyone!

This place is fantastic. I was buying a car, I took it to this place, and the mechanic, Bruno, had the insurance inspection done within 90 minutes. He told me the cost and I gave him the go-ahead. The next morning I had a new used car with new struts and brake pads. I will be using this place for all my future car endeavors. Great customer service.

These guys are great. Very knowledgable and helpful. Originally I had tried to have a Toyota dealership look at my vehicle and they wanted 140 dollars just to look it over (insane), these lovely people didnt charge me a penny to diagnose the problem and helped me figure out the most cost effective options for fixing my car. Will definitely be back.

Great service. A particular repair was quoted for $1000 at a well known automotive service operation, but Speedy Auto Service was able to identify a cheaper and faster way to fix the problem, and it ended up costing me 1/10 of the quoted price. Overall, they are very friendly, professional, and cooperative. They truly deserve an extra star or two.

Speedy Auto on Gateway was a great experience for me. They were very quick and affordable. They also explained to me and showed me other problems with my vehicle that I should look at changing in the future. They dont overcharge or suggest changes for unnecessary things.
