I booked a wheel alignment service with “speedy Auto” located at 13005 97 St Edmonton, So on the appointment day I drove there to fix my car , when I reached the shop I found out that they were so busy I went inside to give them the key, but they refuse to take my car in and fix it, I was so disappointed because they lied and faked up a story, to kick me out of the shop, in a very cold weather -22 C , so I told the 2 guys who I believe they operate the shop, you should call me and cancel my appointment if you are busy, instead wasting my time and gas, but they show no respect and careless, therefor, If never recommended this shop for anyone to repair his or her car due to dishonesty and poor service, unless you want to waste your time and money like me !

Never again...New Door dings, poor attitude, he said one price then on pick up it was over a grand for e brakes, had to go back today at 9 am for adjustment, poor attitude again, he did a new work order, drove my truck around the parking lot like a jack ass, then into the bay were he threw my door open into the hoist, I said what the hell, and insisted he back it out. Sad thing for someone you trust with your vehicle to show that kind of ignorance. Im glad I saw this , know I know where the other black door ding came from. Ill be going somewhere else to get the adjustment, thanks for nothing.

WORST SERVICE! Cost was way more than was quoted to us. They broke a service light in the back and did not tell us about it or clean it up, just left it broken all over the back seat. Left the truck running outside, unattended on a busy, less than reputable street and only came out to check on the truck when we pulled up. We were spoken to in a very condescending manner and the truck is in much worse condition than when we took it in. DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE HERE!

Brought my car in to get appraised to change a warrantied muffler. Bill was over $600 because mechanic wanted to fix my heat shield, which was a $2 tie wrap fix that my boyfriend could do at home. I took my business to another Speedys. He was clearly trying to take advantage of me. I highly do not recommend this Speedys. They are dishonest and rude
