I bought my RVR from this dealership and it is the worst experience I have ever had buying a vehicle. I dealt with the salesman Neil and he was fabulous BUT everyone else I had to deal with at this dealership was a nightmare. Especially Raman Randhawa in the finance department. When I went to the manager to complain (I cant remember his name now), he just said "sorry" and gave me the glazed over look when listening to me. Long story short, I signed a bill of sale and applied for finance, Raman pointed out the VIN on the bill of sale and pointed out thats what my insurance company would need but told me to wait. About a week later he called to inform me that I had approved for financing, so I asked if I should go ahead and inform my insurance company and he said yes. I was unable to pick up the car right away as I had left town, but I still called my insurance company to set everything up. A week after that, he sent me an e-mail to tell me the information I "needed" to tell my insurance company. To be honest, I didnt look that closely to confirm the numbers were the same as I had already informed my insurance company with the numbers off of my bill of sale WHICH IS A LEGAL DOCUMENT, there was nothing in his email informing me that the VIN had CHANGED. I went to go pick up my car a week after that on a Sat afternoon. Well they switched the VIN number off of the original Bill of Sale that I had given me, therefore I had the wrong car insured, and was unable to insure or register it. The worst part is, the person who noticed was the person at the registry office! If I had just taken my old plate and put it on my new car(which was my original plan but decided to get a new plate in the end), I never would have noticed the switch and would have forever had the wrong car insured which could have been a major issue if I ever did get into an accident. I had to wait until Monday to drive my new car away, which is extremely inconvenient. When this issue was brought up, Raman just tried to put the blame on me. In the end when I did pick up my car I got a voucher for a "free oil change." Really? A $90 oil change was not worth my time and frustration. So in summary, Neil Fricker was a fabulous salesman if you choose to go here, deal with him. If you have to deal with finance AVOID RAMAN RANDHAWA. There is another gentleman name Kevin, I didnt deal with him much but he has got to be better than Raman.

I have been dealing with this dealership for 2 years and 1 star is generous (and mandatory). I have had nothing but problems. I thought the change in management would increase the service but I was wrong. Between being lied to multiple times, given false promises, and unsatisfactory service I am done with this location. Most recently I brought my Outlander in for routine service in August and when I picked up my vehicle it was unlocked. I had to come back a week later for warranty work and asked to have my doors locked once the service is complete. The woman told me its not a problem to leave it unlocked because they have cameras and insurance for that. I am fairly certain their insurance would not cover theft of my property. But she put a note on my file to lock the doors. I was shocked by the fact they had to put a special note on my invoice requesting the doors to be locked. Shouldn’t that be protocol? I had to return to the dealership again yesterday to have it diagnosed for another issue. I have had the driver seat belt locking sporadically while driving (shoulder checking, lane changing, turning, sitting at a red light, and even just parking). But they found nothing wrong. I was told that that someone took it for a drive to see if they could duplicate the issue. But I feel like this was a lie because the difference in my mileage between drop off and pick up was 1KM. That’s a short drive. Their other solution was that I could drive around with someone until it happens. So, I did and when the belt locked the technician said it was normal. I was not given further information on how I register this issue for a possible recall or if the dealership does that them selves, I had to make the inquiry. When I asked for the phone number I was told by the service advisor that the Mistu Customer Service line should be able to tell me if others have complained about this issue. This confused me because I thought that would be up to the dealership to do their diligence on this. Guess not… And this review didn’t even mention the other issues I had with yesterday’s service. Save your self the trouble and get your service work done else where.

Well, as a first time import buyer, I was a bit hesitant. The Outlander was the first vehicle I was able to get into comfortably. When I came in to look into purchasing a vehicle, I got a rookie salesperson and her mentor. Fortunately, Symantha Diesel was a charm to work with and we were able to sort out all the little bumps to lead me to the purchase. The sales staff were always helpful and able to answer all my questions and issues. If you do wish to buy a Mitsubishi, call Symantha and be treated very well. That, unfortunately, is not the end of my story. The Service department is anything but Service orientated. My speedometer was off by a few KPH and when I asked what I should do, the answer I got back was that only if the speedometer was out by more than 5 KPH would they have to fix it. Its a new car, it shouldnt be out at all, and should be warranty work. They had installed 18" rims over the original 17" and still wouldnt fix the issue. I was told "that the police wouldnt ticket me for 10 KPH over so I shouldnt worry about it." Really?!?! Giving out advice to customers to break the law is an acceptable response??? I dont think so. So this time I went into the service department personally and again was told that it had to be out by 5 KPH for them to fix it. When I was asked how I had determined it was out, I replied by observing the radar speed signs along the road. I was told they are always out and not to rely on them. But as I own 2 other vehicles that go through those radar signs and the speed in never off, I can safely assume they are relatively close. But since the service manager has never offered to test my speedometer, I was forced to purchase a GPS unit with a built in speedometer and it shows the Mitsubishi speedometer is out by 6 KPH, but since I have the GPS, I dont even look at the faulty speedometer. In short, sales staff, are great, Service Manager, not so great. I would buy from them again, but will get my service done elsewhere. K.

Went in to buy a 2016 rvr and was approached by a young man. He was kind of cocky, but he was pretty funny and could defiantly make any deal sound like a good one. Like how they were seriously ripping me off... I sat there for the full day trying to make a deal with this guy and he still couldnt get down to the numbers I "wanted" because they were "unrealistic with the amount of negative equity I had". So Im sitting here trying to be understanding of my situation knowing I probably wont get 100% what I want but hopping I could get my payments lower than what he was quoting. Not knowing how much money they would be making off me, I signed the deal and told them if they could find me a white one id buy it. They made me put $1000 down to hold the vehicle which, first of all is redicilous, second of all they couldnt find me a white one. Thats when I went to north side Mitsubishi to make a deal and found out south side is a complete SCAM!! Im so frustrated I almost went through with a deal with them. First of all my trade in was worth more than the vehicle I was buying so how it works is that you dont pay gst on the price of the new vehicle which south side TRIED to get away with by adding it to the total. Secondly, they lied to me about it being "the best deal youll ever get" because north side sat there and ran the numbers with me on their computer to show me how much money they are actually making off of my deal, knowing Im a 21 year old with a ton of negative equity in need of some help trying to get out of a bad situation. Needless to say they were making a lot of money off of me and werent actually helping me out, they were extremely selfish and tried to take advantage of me. DONT EVER GO HERE, they will only rip you off and make it look like you are getting a good deal. I am extremely pissed off with south side and will never send any friends or family here as they will only continue to rip people off.
