I scratched up my front bumper against a pillar and went in for a quote the day after it happened. First person I saw at Southern was Ron and he was up and out of the office ready to check out the damage even before I started explaining what happened! Ive never had such quick service anywhere, and he was super friendly and funny, making the whole experience easy going. The next day I came in with my vehicle to have the damage fixed up, and Ron was once again quick to help me out. He said itd be ready in an hour, and thats exactly how long it took. Quick and efficient! Since I didnt need much work done (only took off the paint from the pillar, polish the bumper, and reattach the spoiler), I was quoted about $100 for everything. But they were so generous and didnt charge me a penny for the clean work that was done! And my car looks way better than I thought it would, plus they had it washed up for me as well. Very pleased that they went above and beyond what was expected! It was my first ever visit to an auto body shop and Im extremely impressed with the dedication Southern Auto Body has for its customers. The staff are so amazing and thorough with their work, no matter how small the request! I will definitely be coming here in the future.

Worst service I could imagine. I booked my car in for a front bumper & chip repair. when I picked it up the chip was not fixed, the new bumper had a 1" scratch and the chipped my hood. I then had to reschedule my car to get the chip fixed, hood fixed, and scratch buffed out. Upon picking it up the final time my Hood scoop was no reinstalled properly and the vent on my front bumper was not clipped in. simply placed where it belonged and I guess they just hoped it stayed there. My car is a 2013 Subaru. Quality car and I expected Quality service. I highly sujjest going to another auto body shop. On top of this my car was scheduled for tint as soon as it was out of this shop.. I had a custom oil cap go missing from a box inside my car in one of the shops.... The tint guys were very good and super helpful/informative. I have a gut feeling it was not the tint shop but I cant guarantee it was Southern.

After having what I thought was a pleasant experience with Southern auto body, Im am sorry to say but I am not impressed at all with the quality of customer service and workmanship, I was told that my car had been sent for a wheel alignment after repairs... that was clearly not the case, (was told by dealer my car was never there) after having that problem resolved and my alignment actually done not even a month after having the bumper painted it starts to spider crack, I addressed my concerns with whom it needed to be addressed and all I get is that I must have hit something and argued with, I can assure you that I never hit anything.... I never had any spider cracks before having been to this shop and had my bumper painted, VERY DISSAPOINTED with how this was handled by management. I will be taking my car else where to have this problem fixed...right

I recently took my car to Southern Autobody. I was skeptical at first after reading a negative review on this site, but after reading great reviews everywhere else, I decided to take a chance. I cant imagine at all that the previous comment on here was for the same shop I went to. The office staff were professional and very helpful. I was given a very accurate estimate, unlike other shops that tend to low-ball the estimate and ding you when you go to pick up your car with "hidden costs". I found their service and their quality of work so impressive that I will never take my car anywhere else.

Great Service from the team at Southern Auto Body. Got into a little fender bender and they fixed my new Car up good as new. The quote was fast and on the spot, price was fair, speed of service was excellent. I would highly recommend this auto body shop for all your car fixing needs. They even replaced my friends broken headlight at less than than the dealership was charging.

I took my car to Southern Auto Body after a collision with a deer that left my front bumper and side panel damaged. They were very helpful and knowledgeable, giving me advice on the best course of action in terms of repairs. They were also able to take my car in to fix it that same day and did it for an extremely reasonable price. Would recommend to anyone!

Ive taken several vehicles to Southern Autobody over the years and they have always blown me away with the quality of the repairs! Im a picky guy and I never find anything to complain about. They repaired my brand new Dodge Ram after a hit and run and matched the paint perfectly! I highly recommend them.

Great staff loved the service and the exceptional attention to detail, they also went up and beyond for me because i needed to pic my car up when they were closed, so there formen stayed late to deliver it to me. if you want quality work and trust worthy staff I strongly recommend Southern Auto body.

Great quality of paint. Very happy with how our work has been color matched (Two different vehicles, one blue one grey) you wouldnt even be able to notice that I had parts painted because the color was perfectly matched. Two months later on one car and 6 months later on the other, no issues at all!

Someone had splashed some kind of hard glue on my newer car. I took it to dealership after trying all kinds of things to get it off (short of damaging the paint job) and they also could not get it off! They recommended Southern! What a relief!!!
