Great, just great! I received a call for a rush job an hour out of town for next day the same time I find out my vehicle isnt road worthy! 2 oclock in the afternoon, what are the chances i can get it fixed instead of renting a vehicle? 3 oclock 3 fails with mechanics I know, running out of time, on a whim I take a chance on a different mechanic that doesnt know me from Adam, Im now grasping at straws! I poke my head in the door; "I need a good mechanic, and I need my vehicle tomorrow, major problem, noise from the front end." Johnny on the spot they were and performed a quick check, said they would need to fix the exhaust before they could tell whats wrong up front. Im not a mechanic, in fact I have been proven to be a bit of a gullible farmboy at times, ripe for the picking,... What are my choices; give them a shot and trust a mechanic i dont know that cant tell me for sure whats wrong or just rent a vehicle and deal with my dilma afterwards. Thing is he gave me estimates to the topside that made me cringe, all the while Im thinking this vehicle is gonna sink me! Caution to the wind i handed over the keys. They brought in all the parts, and assured me I wouldnt have to rent a vehicle, 4:00 oclock ya right i thought to myself, Lord have mercy as someone drove me home to wait. 6:00 no word, 7:00 I make a call wondering if anyone would answer. They did and informed me of other issues but said just give them some time. 8:00 silence, thinking thats what i get for grasping at straws! 8:07 the phone call comes in and said they are still working on it but their just about done, they are sending someone over to pick me up, its close they assure me. I walked in, Sam is writing the invoice and said; "youre good to go!" "Oh and by the way, the axle we brought in just in case wasnt needed after all." Long and the short of it is, they repaired the exhaust system, replaced a wheel bearing, aligned the tires, made sure I was in a safe vehicle and saved me from having to rent a vehicle under extreme short notice! The jist of it, "I found much more than a good mechanic!"

Sams Auto Sales has reassured me of the stereotype of used car salesman. I bought a truck from Sam that was advertised as being in top mechanical condition. The vehicle fitness report he gave me said that everything was in perfect working order because his shop had done all the maintenance and repairs that were needed. In fact he said it was his truck that he used to haul vehicles with. 3 days after I purchased the vehicle, it stalled due to cam phaser sensor problems(which were apparently brand new). Less than a week later a terrible grinding noise arose. Sam reassured me it was no big deal and that his shop would take care of me. After bringing the truck back to his shop three times, they were finally able to fix the problem with the grinding and replaced the sensors. All should be good right.... Since then the rear differential has fallen apart and needs to be rebuilt. The truck continues to stall out due to cam phaser problems. I brought the truck to a NAPA auto pro shop for an inspection and was told that I should contact the shop that did the work on the engine as parts and labor should be warrantied. When I contacted Sam, he reassured me that he would fix the issues, he took an entire day to inspect the truck and the told me that it ran great and there were no issues with it. The next day the engine began ticking again and stalled. All this within two months of buying a truck that he praised as being mechanically sound. In these two months I have put 1700km on the truck, 300 of which have been returning to his shop to have it fixed... I am now having it inspected by another shop and will be passing on these two independent inspections to the AMVIC and BBB with my complaint. I made the mistake of trusting Sam that the truck was what he said it would be.

Never bring your vehicle here. They gave me a date and time to bring my car in and told me to expect a call within 4 hours. I ended up calling them after almost 8 hours and was told that they had looked at my car and would get right back to me with a price for the parts. I went by the next day and saw my car was still parked on the street exactly as I left it, and knew they had lied about even looking at it. I then used my spare keys to take my car home (without telling them). I went back to pick up my other set of keys 2 DAYS LATER, and they hadnt even noticed my car was gone! I repeat, never take your vehicle here!

Found Sam on Kijiji because i needed a new car ASAP, and bought the Hyundai Sonata at his lot. Some minor issues were present in the car due to its long storage, but through it all Sam stood behind his product, and fixed all the issues through his mechanic shop, and ensured that i was left wholly satisfied. The two mechanics that i had talked with are as genuine and honest as the owner Sam, and the overall experience has made me a loyal customer.

From start to finish Sams Solutions took care of my car. They did an amazing job! I was told my vehicle would be $5000 to fix at other autobodys and he did it for under $3000. My car was fully detailed inside and out and looked better than when I first bought the vehicle. I would recommend this place to anyone i know. And not to mention how fast the work was completed! Advice this person he is a layer and cheated me for giving me a nissan 2008 fake stuff in it and im filling a case against him because he givs me me the car with burn air conditioner and need 600$ to fix and airbage 300$and engine400$ please stay away from this copany if i could rate 0 star i will

went to 2 other places to fix my AC and said it will cost me 700 charge and they have to change compresor... sam was able to figure it out in 5 mi and compresor didnt need to be changed and only charged me for charging the AC great experince def. recommend

Great staff! Always receive excellent service here, fair prices. So much so that when we moved to the other side of the city, we decided to still take our vehicles here. Wont be using any other mechanics shop! These guys are great :)
