I recently had my Mercedes Benz C300 in for body work at Royal Auto Body and Collision and I am extremely pleased with the quality of work, professionalism and accommodation I received from their staff members. I give this business 5 stars, and I do not give such ratings lightly. Firstly, the estimate was done within minutes, with a walk in (no appointment) on the spot with my vehicle in the front parking lot. The gentleman that did my estimate informed me of possible risk areas for additional costs, and informed me what such costs might be if such damage was discovered once the bumper was removed. This gave me an accurate estimate of my minimum and maximum price exposure for the work. The rate he gave me was extremely competitive, and the price of labour very reasonable, so I pulled the trigger on the repair. Secondly, the shop has a highly efficient system of getting your vehicle back to you as soon as possible. When I received estimates from around 4 other body shops in Edmonton, they informed me I would be without a vehicle for between 1 and 2 weeks. Royal Auto Body informed me I would have my vehicle in 3-4 days. I received it back in 3 days time for a full front bumper replacement. Thirdly, the secretary staff communicate any changes and the status of your vehicle to you as the repair process progresses, which I greatly appreciated. I was informed the day after submitting my vehicle that the repair was on schedule and on estimate except for a minor cost for rivets that had to be broken to extract the previous bumper and could not be re-used. I appreciated being kept in the loop of the status of my vehicle and when I could pick my vehicle up. The secretary staff are very professional and do great work at this shop, which is rare from what I have seen scoping out other shops in town, where several staff members simply never returned my calls. Fourthly, the work was done exceptionally, and I have zero complaints with the workmanship that was performed thus far. The bumper was perfectly aligned, and the vehicle actually looks better than before. I had my doubts when the vehicle was back so quickly, but my doubts have subsided with inspection of the work. If you have a luxury vehicle and are worried about the details, this is the shop for you. They also have a no hassle guarantee of the work, and invite you to return any time if you have questions or concerns. The work was done exactly on estimate, minus a small additional cost for rivets that needed replacing (for which I paid parts cost only). Finally, and this in my opinion merits a five star rating, the business was extremely accommodating. I was late from an appointment and could only pick up my vehicle after closing time at 6PM. I called the business and explained my situation, and they promised to wait for me! Not only that, but I never felt rushed out and was able to inspect the vehicle and discuss the repair after hours. To me, this is going above and beyond for a client, and warrants an exceptional rating. To conclude, I want to thank the members of Royal Auto Body for making the best possible experience out of a bad situation. I will be recommending this business to anyone who requires Auto Body work in the future. Well done!

I had a great experience with Royal Auto body and highly recommend their services . I had received a couple of quotes from other companies before going to Royal on the minor damage to the front of my car , both establishments in my opinion did not pay proper attention to the bumper damage and continued to quote to remove and repaint the bumper on top of the other damage . I went to Royal without an appointment and right away Charan and Harri helped with a quote . What impressed me the most was how Harri took my escape in the back right away and power polished the "damage" out of the bumper . He then gave me a quote that was much lower than the other 2 companies due to the fact my bumper was not actually damaged and Harri was the only one honest enough about it . Royal also did not charge anything to polish out the bumper . I dropped my car off on Monday morning and just as promised it was ready to go on Wednesday afternoon . When I picked it up the area that did have the damage looked amazing and Royal had also cleaned both the inside and outside of my vehicle , it looked amazing ! I cant say enough how much I appreciated the honesty and amazing service that they provided and I would def tell others to go here and should I ever need body work again , I will be a repeat customer . I would also like to say how awesome Charan is to deal with - her response time is what customer service should be . Thank you Royal Auto body !!!!

I had my first experience with royal auto on Friday and it was exceptional! I stopped in desperation when my car spontaneously started making a loud, grinding, metal-on-metal sound on my way home from work. I didnt know what it was but thought wise not to continue driving all the way home. Even though it wasnt really an autobody issue, without even a hesitation, they immediately pulled my car into the garage onto the hoist and checked it out to see if there was something they could do. Turned out it was a quick fix as a part was bent. Royal Auto Body fixed the problem and sent me on my way--10 minutes in and out, good as new. Instead of gouging me on price which they could easily have done because I was stuck and out of options, they did not charge me at all! Through the whole experience they went above and beyond to help a random customer in whatever way they could--they were amazingly obliging and showed 100% honesty and integrity which can be a rare find in the auto industry! I will absolutely return here if I ever had the need for autobody service!

Some one turned left into my vehicle and hit me. I brought my car here and went through the insurance company to have it fixed. They did a wonderful job. The car looked better then when I bought the thing. Couldnt tell that it had ever been in an accident, and drives like new. I noticed scratches on my rim a couple weeks later, and brought it back in. They had showed me that the scratches were new and not from before ( we compared photos and confirmed the scratches were in a completely different). This makes complete sense as I remember inspecting the vehicle before signing off on it. Im guessing i mustve scrapped a curb or something. Nonetheless they still agreed to look at it and make sure that it wasnt a defect from the work they did, before denying anything. They take pride in their work and are always kind and professional. Quality work. Very pleased.

Royal Auto Body did an amazing job on my Lincoln LS! According to other quotes my paint is very hard to match (three stage pearl white with metal flec). Considering the month wait and two week plus timeline I was told elsewhere for the repair, I couldnt believe how fast Royal got my car done. I brought it in on monday morning and was able to pick it up thursday night! They matched the colour perfectly and after they polished my car it looks better than new. I have had several people comment on how stunning my paint looks. The guy working Husky on Jasper Ave couldnt believe how good it looked in the sun and went out of his way to let me know.
