Fantastic, but slightly expensive. Great car wash, Probably the best DIY car wash in Edmonton. But I found it costly and personally cant afford to wash my car there once a week. Your car will be VERY clean and leave scratch-free as the brushes and pre-soak are very high quality. Hot water, high pressure and well as ease of entry and exit make it super convenient and easy to achieve a near perfect clean. I did sign up for all the discounts and got gift cards to offset the cost but Its still somewhat on the pricey side. Its best to think of this car wash like a Starbucks. More expensive than its competitors but has a very good product. I can brew my own espresso at home, but when Im in a hurry I occasionally go to Starbucks. I can wash my car at home, but Rock-n-Wash is quicker. Its a little annoying to spend $6 on a great cup of coffee and its a little annoying to spend $15 on a great carwash but Cest la vie. You get what you pay for. To the owner: Sylvain, You have created a fantastic car wash. I cant wait to see what your business will become in the future. Hopefully, more locations in Edmonton! The only criticism I have is that I wish there was a pause function on the kiosk. I like to let the dirt soak in pre-soak before blasting it with high pressure, even if Im just standing there the kiosk will keep counting up. So to save a few dollars I need the stop the transaction and re-scan my card. If for any reason I want the kiosk to pause, I must have another transaction and scan my card again. Reasons I had to stop the counter and rescan my card: I wanted a milkshake (great milkshakes by the way). I was dumb and forgot to take my floor mats out of my car. I wanted the pre soak to sit on the car for a few minutes. I wanted to take my time and scrub the barrel of the wheels. It took me a while the find the latch to open the hood of my car to refill the windshield fluid. I wanted to buy a bug remover spray from the store. Its these reasons that I found myself stoping the kiosk to save money and then having to rescan my card to get the carwash going again. I think a pause button to temporarily stop the carwash would remove a lot of annoyance for people trying to save money. Its the lack of a pause button which stops me from giving your car wash five stars. I would no problem changing my rating to 5 stars if something changed. (or you have a reasonable rational for not having a pause function) Other than that, I think you should be proud as you have given car cleaning fanatics the ability to clean their car to satisfaction at a place other than our home. Highly overrated car wash in my opinion. I would personally rather have more invested in the car wash experience and the equipment rather than the various tacky gimmicks like the classic 60’s theme everywhere. First of all the rope leds that turn green and red are a hit and miss. On a busy day you could drive in the facility and attempt to approach a bay that is “green”, but there is a vehicle using that bay. The worst part about this is if the wash facility is full your car is now left stuck in the centre of the wash waiting for an open bay. Second, the spray gun hoses always tend to get tangled kinked. Also in general the spray gun hose and foam brush hose always tend to get in the way when washing my car or SUV. I don’t know if the hoses are to short or the moving mechanism on the ceiling does not allow a great deal of flexibility, but having the hoses constantly hit various parts of my new car is not acceptable. Now I wait for Sylvain to lecture me on his Groovy Club and give me a lecture on how he created this masterpiece of a facility that everyone has to appreciate! ~Baba~

We just recently moved to Edmonton and we have visited a few car washes but I was totally not able to get the dirt off my car which is shouldnt be hard since its not really allowed to get dirty! But today I brought in my challenger and it was wonderful! My husband and I pulled in and the decor was just absolutely cool. We loved it! Then I was having a few problem but the owner was there, he helped get us going, even showed us how the dirt will come off which it did. Everything was perfect to bring of collectors here. I love that you earn cleaning points to use later while you clean you car. So my rating go: Customer Service -100% Quality of soap -100% spot free is actually spot free Decor - 100% Computer System - once figured out 100% but they are great and will help you Accessibility- 100% all bay open, clean, and the pull through bays are just the sweetest Now and extra 100 just for the disco ball.......haaaa haaaa haaaa I totally recommend this place, tomorrow we will the bullitt.

This is what all car washes should aspire to be. Me and my car enthusiast friends are all firm believers in this place. Staff are on the ball; busy keeping things clean and running smooth. Water pressure is excellent and the soap, wax and conditioner do a great job of getting my car clean. Ive never been one to use the brushes on my paint (only glass) and yet I can keep my car very shiny all through the winter until I can hand wash it again in my driveway. Id also never been a believer in the foam conditioner, clear coat protectant and wax until I tried it here, those things really make a difference and Im very finicky with my paint, only the best for it! My only gripe, albeit small, is the vacuums arent as strong as my rigid vac at home but thats fine by me, vacuuming is easy to do at home in the garage and might as well save a few bucks to do it there anyway.

Best self-serve car wash in the city; Ill drive out of my way to visit here. The electronic on-screen options are everything you need and expect in a detail bay and the equipment is much newer and works way better than competitors. The wash bays are always clean and every time Im in, a staff member is manning the floor. The staff are wonderful and extremely helpful, especially the owner Sylvain whos on-site everyday; hes the sort of guy that will take the time to say hey and is very open to feedback. Great place for car clubs as well. I love the Groovy Club membership and optional email receipts.

My first time trying this place out I decided to try the drive thru. Just before going in I realized my car was too low for the guide rails for the wheels. I ran in and got what seemed to be the manager. He was very polite and even offered me a free wash in the bay. Right move on his part as I like to pick a place and stick to it. Tried multiple washes before finding this place as I care a lot about my car. Facility and equipment are clean and the machines take credit. Theres also a wider variety of equipment thats up to date. Really not much more you could ask for. Would recommend to a friend
