I took my new Honda Accord in to have the rear bumper repaired. Someone had backed into it in a parking lot and their insurance was paying for it. From the moment I walked in I felt I was at the right place. Tim and Melody provided the perfect blend of friendliness and professionalism. They put me at ease, while at the same time leaving me with the feeling they really knew what they were doing. They were very organized and looked after all the paperwork, and were even able to do an AMA approved estimate on the spot, as they were an AMA Approved Auto Repair Services (AARS) location, so that saved me some time too. When I picked up the car, it was ABSOLUTELY perfect. Im a stickler for having things done right, as Ive been surprised a couple of times in the past with what I perceived to be shoddy workmanship. The quality of the bodywork was the most important part... and my car was repaired perfectly (and they guaranteed the repairs "in writing" for as long as I own the car). Thanks Robertson Bodyworks, you are now my #1 Edmonton autobody shop :-) *when I get the inevitable door dings and dents, Ill come and see you folks ;-)

I decided to try Robertsons based on the good reviews and the recommendation from dougs place too. Wow talk about a big mistake. This place is extremely dishonest and tried to hide damages rather then actually fixing them, had to return four times and in the end seek legal council. Do yourself a favor and avoid the hassle of dealing with this extremely unprofessional shop. I have photos and records of this entire incident for anyone wanting more info. Your response is laughable. My own work? Ya...sure. Like I said I have proof of it all. And yes I got a refund for the lights you never installed...and in order to get that refund I had to go through legal services. Save yourself time, stress and money and go else where.

I had a dent in my driver side door from someone opening their door into mine. Robertson did a fantastic job repairing the paint and the dent, you cant even tell that it was there before. The paint job and repair job look great and they even detailed the outside and inside of my car for me which I really appreciated (that was my favorite part)!! The pricing was fair and they were able to get the job done in less than a week. They were also very accommodating with getting my car back to me - they even dropped it off for me at my work. Now I have a brand new looking car inside and out and it looked even better when I picked it up than it did when I dropped it off. Definitely recommend this place.

Im writing this review on the behalf of a friend who had a fantastic experience at Robertson Bodyworks recently. He had a damaged bumper, brought it in for repair, and the fine folks here were extremely patient and helpful, and understanding of the needs of the customer. They took their time to make sure the job was done properly, without rushing it just for a quick buck. Previous work had been done on the same car, for the fender, by the same people, with excellent results. Its always important for a business to put their customers needs first, and Robertson definitely succeeds at that, with their kind and friendly service. Highly recommended.

After an unfortunate parkade accident, I recently had my Nissan Juke repaired at Robertson Bodyworks. The repair took some time, but Melody often phoned me to keep me updated on the situation so I was never left wondering what was going on. The day my juke was supposed to be ready, they took it for a test drive and noticed some sensors were off and replaced them as well... These guys are so thorough!! When I picked my juke up I was nearly in tears because it looked brand new again!! These guys did such an amazing job, I will definitely be recommending them to all of my friends and family.

Ive been going to Robertson Bodyworks since 2010, and there is DEFINITELY a reason I would no nowhere else. Tim remembers me when I go in there. One time, I had a quote done elsewhere just because they were close to my work, and when I took it to Tim, he beat that by over 50%. I trust that they arent going to rip me off. He always guarantees their work, and I know if something isnt right, I can take it back to him no problem. I just need him to start doing mechanical stuff as well, and Id be set - but there is no better option for Body Work in the city; period.

I brought my car here for a fender job after Edmonton was hit with a major snowstorm -- there were many collisions throughout the city, and all the shops were booked, Robertson Bodyworks included. Robertson managed to fit me in their busy schedule only a week later, and replaced my fender in only a day. It was complex job with sensors and all that, but they pulled it off without a hitch. Very excellent service, and Id highly recommend them to anyone looking to get some repair work done!

After my passenger door was crushed in an accident I found Robertson Bodyworks online and decided to bring in my car for an estimate. I brought my car into Robertson and 3 other places that all had fantastic Google reviews but Robertson had the best price, lead time, and service overall. Tim and Brittany make a phenomenal team and the work the shop did on my vehicle was top notch. I highly recommend these guys if you need any bodywork done. They do not disappoint.

I had extensive work done on my vehicle, insurance claim. My vehicle was fixed properly,on time and the few small problems that arose were addressed and fixed. They were recommended by Dougs Place. Tim is honest ,polite and professional. Wouldnt hesitate to return or recommend this business. When you pull into the parking lot and see , Corvettes, Audis, Lexus and minivans you know they are doing something right. When I walk in after a year he remembers my name!

I live way out of town, so I made an appointment with Tim weeks in advance. When I showed up, however (after driving 4 hours to get there), he said he couldnt fit me in, and that it would take twice as long and cost twice as much as quoted. It wasted my whole day. After all that he offered to rebook my appointment. Cant fault him on his optimism I guess, only his organization, professionalism, and follow-through.

Steve and Junior are by far the best for autobody work in the area. Steve was more than attentive to my needs and the end result was amazing. I have a brand new car with 6k miles that unfortunately was hit. When i got it back i was astonished that it looked better than it did when i first bought it! i hope i have no more accidents but if i do....I know where i will go! Thanks again!

I have had the experience of just going to where my Insurance Provider suggested, and going forward, Ill always choose Robertson Bodyworks for being treated like a human vs. another job from the insurance company.
