Id recommend not patronizing this business based on the experience listed below: When I went into this location it was winter 2014. The proprietor said they had the parts, however, they were busy with other stuff right at the moment - theyd call me back once they had the parts together, which would be later that day or the next day, but only if I provided a small deposit. I provided said deposit - recorded on the back of a business card. I went back on saturday, however theyre not open saturdays, for a guy to enquire on their parts. I phoned and left a message asking where my part was at. Nobody phoned back. I phoned back several more times and again left messages. Zero returned phone calls. When, finally, 3 months later I called and someone actually answered, they said to come in right away. I came over right after work. When I got in, the guy at the counter - not some dude in his 20s, but a 40 or 50 year old - was playing on his iPhone. After about 3 minutes, he acknowledged that I was there, then went back to playing or texting on his iPhone for another 3-5 minutes. Good thing I came right away, ay? I asked for my parts. He obtained the first one. Then the phone rang. The call was about 30 seconds, and after hanging up he proceeded to play on his iPhone for another 3-5 minutes. Then he obtained the second part. Then he wanted payment. I gave him the card, as I had already given a deposit. He thought a bit, stroked off the deposit amount and wrote $10 on the card, for when you come in next time. This was my worst experience buying parts for my car. For me, will never be a next time. Had I not called repeatedly and went in, this business would certainly have taken my money and not provided any parts in return. I think most people would prefer to avoid this painful experience. Wouldnt you?

I phoned Monday morning to request a part. Gave them the part number to see if it matched what i needed. I was told they would call me back. Called again Tuesday. Then again Wednesday. Then again Thursday! On Friday I phoned again and they said call back in 5 min so I did then they said they would call me back... I never got the call. Found the part today Saturday somewhere else. These people seem useless. The part I was looking for was a vacuum pump for a an audi a4. These guys just like to waste your time.

Left my 78 VW bus gas cap in High Level on my cross-country trip. Was close to Edmonton when I realized it, checked for VW places and found this. They had the exact part I need, brand new even. Then we chatted about another problem Ive been having, and he gave me some free advice about how to troubleshoot it. I was ready to buy new heat exchange boxes, but he said mine looked good and probably I just had an exhaust leak. Saved me $600+!

The owner of this business has taken it upon himself to remove the no parking signs on the public street to park old beaters and a trailer on the road and threatens to smash peoples windows if they park in front of his business while they go to work down the street. Combine this attitude with the other 2 reviews here, and its clear that this is not a business you want to go to.

Absolutely nothing good about this place. Do not spend your money here, he runs an illegal shop, with stolen merchandise also robs customers with overpriced parts, horrible work is done as for repairs, dont waste your time. The owner is a horrible person. Treats people like dirt, all these other reviews are on the same page as i am.

They do bad business. Quotes for the same part change day to day and depending on who answers the phone. And dont be shocked if they hang up on you if you question their prices.
