Ive been using Pogo CarShare since it was first launched in Edmonton. The product has improved consistently over time, with more intuitive features, more cars, an expanding zone, and its been a huge convenience for getting around in our city (that has pretty awful public transit). Pogo is a perfect complement for the needs of any commuter in Edmonton, as it offers a level of flexibility and affordability that cant be beat! 10/10 would Pogo again.

I recently signed up. Great service and easy to use. Recently had a problem with my account and once I reached them they took care of everything very quickly and more than surpassed my expectations. I recommend this service to everyone who needs a car from time to time. Reservation from your phone is very quick and easy, map showing car locations is very detailed. I was quite surprised to see how many cars are available.

Love this service! Started up with them in September when I moved downtown and the amount of money Im saving is insane. In the 5 months Ive been using it Ive never had to go very far to find a car, and it couldnt be simpler to use. Great for big events too, as parking is included and you can leave them just about anywhere public parking is allowed. Cannot wait until they expand and cover more of the city!

Ive been a member for about a year now and I dont own a car. Pogo is a great way to supplement my use of public transportation. Its very handy for quick trips around town, going to special events. Ive even used it to go on longer weekend trips; with gas included it can be comparable to renting a car and much more convenient! Excited for them to expand to cover more of Edmonton!

Just excellent. Never had such a good experience with any car related. They answer all my question in very fast way. Very nice people and really wanted to help. They even accepted suggestions in very wecolming manner and never had a problem with them so far. Highly recommended. I normally don’t make review but this guys earn it. Good job and keep it up.

love the concept - however, the so-called urgent line is not urgent at all. We were unable to end our service and we couldnt get back into the car to fix whatever the problem is. Now its still "running" just downstairs of our apartment and weve been calling more than a dozen times and nobody answered. The idea is good but the service is a bit unstable.

Been using this service for a few weeks now.. Love it so far. It is really handy and is great if you live downtown or whyte area. The only thing is, I wish you would extend to kingsway. It would be great for NAIT students and for people that want to go shopping at Kingsway.

love the concept - I use it everyday to get downtown. You guys need to expand further down south than 76th ave. and add more cars. I am finding difficult to find one in the morning
