Started going here last year and was very happy with the quality of the car wash. The pressure is great, the soap out of the brush is excellent, and the duration of how long you get for the money is great. I have recommended many others to come here as it is a quality car wash. My experiences, though, have changed drastically as of a few months ago when a new employee starting working. This lady has continued to bombard myself, my wife, and others who I have recommended to come here about what we can and cannot do in the car wash. My first experience with her was when she approached me saying I cannot use a microfiber hand glove to wash my car because I am not using the brush to wash my vehicle, which in turn is "not making her money". I told her that the brush will scratch my car as people use it on their tires and do not wash it. Her response was "I use it on my car" which I dont feel was professional in any way. Ultimately she then allowed me to use my hand glove on this occasion. I do use the brush to place foam all over my car but I dont use the brush for actual scrubbing. The second encounter with her was during the day when I was the only car in the car wash. I was washing my car with the glove and again, she approaches me and says I cannot use it. Her reasoning again was because she was "making no money" which I responded with "youve told me I can use it". She then backpedaled and said I can continue to use it if there are more than 4 open spots available. I noticed there was one other car parked in a bay with a pylon blocking it with no one washing the car. Soon after, I saw her move the pylon, get into the car and drive away. This was not the first time I saw this vehicle parked in a bay. She is simply using a bay to park her car in which I find extremely unprofessional and downright rude considering she is telling me she is "making no money" off me using a glove. She has also said this to my wife who now does not come to Prism to wash her car because of her interactions with this employee. The majority of recommended individuals have decided to go elsewhere due to this employee. I still go as I find the quality of the car wash to be excellent but I have reduced my frequency substantially and only go during the morning to hopefully avoid this employee. They have also reduced their time from 3 Minutes to 2 minutes and 40 seconds for $2. I understand the need for increasing a companies profit margin but in combination with this employee, Prism has left a bad taste in my mouth.

Ive been going here ever since they opened and its been a great facility for the most part. Water pressure is good, soap is foamy and facility is generally very clean every time I go in. However, the customer service Ive experienced is terrible. There has been a female staff member that constantly gives me troubles when Im hand washing and drying my car saying they dont make money off of me doing this. The funny part about this is the female staff member parks her grey/black Ford sedan in one of the bays and puts a cone there! Recently, they put up a sign saying "No detailing, no drying etc" which sucks because for people who actually clean their car properly, they cant anymore! When I got kicked out for drying my car, there isnt dedicated "drying spots" for people to park and dry their cars outside! Im not coming here anymore, and Ive been taking my business to Rock n Wash. Sure, they are further and a little bit more expensive, but at least I wont get hassled for taking my time to clean my car! Oh, and the staff are awesome there!

I used to go to Hughes on Parsons, there is always a ridiculous line up, their hoses have leaks and weak pressure. At this place it is always clean, ive never waited longer than a minute or so to get in, and the pressure on the wands is fantatastic. I spend less time and money washing here. Ive never tried the pet wash but im heading there today to try it out!

The pre-soak at this car wash is the best, hands down, it gets all the road grime off! Combined with the non-recycled, fresh, softened hot water they use, my vechile has never been cleaner! Let us not forget the pet wash, the soap provided makes my dog sparkle, not to mention the great water temperature!

I enjoy washing my vehicle myself. I have tried many washes. Some feel like they dont actually fill their wax. I never noticed this until I used this wash. Car stays cleaner for longer. Shines bright. There are 2 washes closer to me then this one, but I still go here.

The person below me is an idiot. This is a great carwash. Open 24h, clean, new, washer, dryer, vacuum, foaming brush, separate tire dressing brush, and separate clear coat application wand. Yes the minimum charge is $2 but who can wash their car for under $2....

Fantastic car wash! The staff are great, they help make the traffic flow. The best part is they are 24 hours. Anytime you need your vehicle to sparkle they are there. Theres a major parking lot you can use to dry your car off as well. I highly recommend :)

New and very clean and also close to my house, but the start up wash is $2 right away unlike Hughes. Im definitely not going back. There are others out there thats only a buck to start the wash.

We brought our dog in pretty late, like 10pm. Impressed they had it open that late (24 hrs). We were able to wash our dog easily and he smelled great and was very soft after. We will be back

Good pressure on the water line. Garbages are always empty. Great lighting inside the building. Mostly important the equipment works. A lot better than Hughes down the street.
