Terrible! They have extremely poor service n lack integrity. They dont even greet customers or respond when u greet them. The head guy told me my service was $110 then went to the back n asked his worker to charge me $165 then he disappeared. I was so shocked wn i was presented my bill. I explained to them what i was told it cost but there was no change instead they kept insisting i pay that and claim a refund after. I waited for that guy to come back but to no avail. I asked them to call n verify but they said he does not have a mobile phone haha. What a lie!!. My windshield wiper was replaced with a very old rusted one n i was ripped off by these terrible people. From thier action i knew they were deliberately manipulating me. Last place in Edmonton to go for auto repairs.Goodluck going there

I Got Barzz

I came here after someone else told me my whole engine would need to be taken apart or replaced to fix the noise my car was making. Of course I wanted a second opinion and came here because of a recommendation that Millwoods Auto Centre would do the right thing and not try to sell me anything I didnt need. It was true! In 5 minutes I had a diagnosis that was easily fixed because Millwoods Auto bothered to look and find the real problem, not just jump to the most expensive possible problem. My car was fixed in a matter of hours and sounds beautiful now!!!!

I was a loyal customer going every 5000 km to have an oil change. I had a couple larger services done aswell but my vehicle was kept in good condition and did not require a lot other than the regular maintenance. On my last visit, I was asked to stop coming because my oil change was not a high enough $$$ value to continue coming as per the a staff member behind the desk. I was very disappointed and have never been told that before.. not cool.

Let me just say, if you care about quality and fair practise, then you should avoid this repair shop. They try to nickel and dime you, as much as possible. I wish I would have taken previous reviews seriously. Trust me, they lack integrity and respect for there customer. While you may save a little, you will get screwed in different areas with your vehicle. PLEASE DONT GET SCREWED!!! DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!!!

Very Terrible Experience with me and my friends as well. When you ask about one problem, he inspect your car visually and tell to customer your rotor and break pad are not good. Needs to be change. Even me and my friends are changed break pad and rotor with him but he dont know how to install properly. I found very bad customer service. I dont know how he get he auto repair license.

I was very nervous about the fact that I have a battery problem in my car. I must admit I am clueless about these things. I arrived at the garage that was near me. They gave me a fair estimate (I always compare these things with other service providers). I left very happy with the service, price and outcome. Highly recommend, very honest owner and CAA Approved workers.

The place was not the nicest inside but ... they saved me so much money. The dealership for my ford was trying to charge me a ridiculous amount of money. This place was amazing. They saved me such a hassle and now i get to keep my car.
