Simply put- Very POOR service and workmanship I do not write reviews often but I did so in this case to warn fellow Edmontonians and potential clients to beware “caveat emptor” I experienced extreme appalling customer service from the "Owner" of Chipmaster Auto Paint Repair on 5820 90th St. His comments and actions were simply inexcusable and was the definition of horrible customer service and conduct. I called to voice my concerns to the Owner. After explaining to him my issues with the repair, he denied any responsibility of the poor repair and claimed they had already “rendered the service” and had repaired it correctly. He stated that he would not take the time to look at the repair but insisted that a “service” was provided and that I should be happy about it. I tried to explain to him that my concerns were warranted as I had brought the repair to 3 independent shops for their professional opinion (I even had business cards and names of the individuals I talked to). I calmly explained that the 3 shops confirmed the repair was done poorly and the results were worse than pre-fix. The Owner responded by hanging up the phone on me and proceeded to not answer my calls. I was shocked at the lack of tact. I drove my wife’s car to Chipmaster Auto Paint Repair and asked to speak with the Owner. The Owner continued to deny responsibility for the poor and permanent damage “repair” and refused to provide any solutions to rectify the issue. His demeanor was rude and disrespectful. A few of his inappropriate comments were: “take it to another shop to get it re-fixed, then I will refund your money…how much did you pay for the repair…. you took time off to complain for $42?” At one point in the conversation, I mentioned to him that this was the most offensive service I had ever experienced in any industry and in my lifetime. I let him know that I would likely document my experience through social media platforms. He responded with “then I’ll know your name and who you are”. Avoid this company at all cost. Do not be enticed with any Groupons or deals offered from Chipmaster Auto Paint Repair. They will not take ownership of their work and in return try to discredit your complaints when evident mistakes and poor workmanship occur. Their damage is much more costly to fix than the few dollars I was hoping to save by buying a Groupon deal. DC, “The guy that you hung up the phone on.”

Went in to get a windshield replacement and left with map lights on the rearview mirror no longer working. Returned to them and after checking the fuses and everything they said that they couldnt fix it and youd have to go to a mechanic. They stated that it probably doesnt matter because I probably dont use them. Really? The lights were working before the windshield was replaced. They showed no responsibility for the damage they did. Toyota charged $109.00 to fix the lights. Going to rate them badly on every website I can find as well as the BBB

I just got my crack repair at 5820 90 Street Edmonton. They did a very poor job on fixing the crack. Previously there was one crack, while fixing , guy made another crack and when I asked the owner about the another crack, he said he cant do much with the crack. It is not more visible than before.The service sucks. I has to wait for owner for 20 mins before he showed up at reception.

I brought my car to replace the windshield to Chipmaster 5820 90 Street Edmonton. I had the employee Ralf working on my car and I was absolutely in love with his detailed, clean and professional work. I recommend him to 2 of my friends and they replaced the windshield with him as well.
