Jason and his team at Mac James were simply a pleasure to do business with! I am nearly finished paying off my car (the longest term is only 3 years, which is absolutely great compared to the 6 to 7 year terms that most other car lots will offer you) ... and Ive had nothing but a great experience with them. They were helpful, but not pushy, and when I left there (in my beautiful new-to-me car) I was 100% confident that I knew exactly what was required of me, when my payments were, how much they were, how long it would take to pay the car off, all the fine details Jason went over with me until he and I both were sure that I understood everything. If ever I want to buy a new car, I will only buy it from Mac James, and I will refer all my friends and family whole-heartedly as well. My experience with Mac James was a very positive one, and Id recommend them in a heart-beat to anybody asking.

I have bought more than a dozen vehicles from Jason at the North lot. He has always been a consummate professional and a pleasure to deal with. Just under two years ago I purchased a used vehicle from Mac James Motors - my experience was AMAZING. I had recently moved from out of province, I had just finished university and become a single parent, my credit was in SHAMBLES. Picking up my vehicle took about 15 minutes of paperwork, I was then given the keys and sent on my way. It was FAST and EASY and couldnt have gone better. Last week I traded in my used vehicle for a brand new one - I was approved for 0% financing. This NEVER would have happened if I didnt get my first "bad credit" car loan with Mac James. They were not there to just sell a car, they stayed in touch and were there to help when we had mechanical problems.I have to say that no other dealership that we had ever dealt with would have been this helpful.
