I would highly recommend Maaco on 114th Ave. I have dealt with them on two separate occasions now and the quality of work is exceptional. They use direct factory replacement parts and dont cut any corners. Everything is repaired and replaced to factory standards from the paint to the body work. Walter is honest and straightforward. Upon replacing my rear bumper last year it ended up being cheaper than originally quoted at. You can trust that your vehicle will be repaired to the highest standard, on time, with excellent customer service. It is worth driving across the city to have your vehicle repaired here.

Walter and his team provided excellent service from the moment I walked in. I went for quotes at a few other places and felt I was getting the run around because I was a girl. Walter understood my needs - that I simply wanted a repair and not a replacement on my quarter-panel and door - and provided me with a fair assesment that beat all other quotes I had received. I have been to Walter and Nicks shop a couple of times over past years. I have found them to be very professional. They are also very honest (which is not common in this industry based on my experience). On more than one occasion, they have recommended repairs that saved me money (whereby they would make less money)! I would highly recommend this Maaco (and I would add that not all Maacos are the same).

They dealt with my insurance and the car rental company to make sure that my experience was hassle-free, and my vehicle looks like new!

Valter at Maaco was great to work with. They got the car looking nice again and just in time for summer too! I had a dent in the front fender and some rock chips on my Fiances Audi. You cant even tell that they were there before. I highly recommend the workmanship and service provided my Maaco on 114 Ave : )
