New to area. Took my car in - - tried to up sell me on things I did not need, but not pushy. My wife took her car in - - totally different. They told her she "had to have" synthetic oil for her car and that package apparently did not include the oil filter as the convention oil change/service did because they charged her for it. The op. manual clearly states both synthetic and conventional oil. And, of course, they wanted to do the same number in 5,000 km. Never go again.

Service was average. The thing that Im angry about is that they screwed the filter and oil plug so tight that I couldnt get the bolt off when I went to do it myself. I even had to buy a filter wrench (never needed one before) to get the filter off and even then it was screwed on so tight I couldnt get it off. That is pretty unacceptable in my opinion.

Staff was nice and went through all the procedures and recommendations but did not push me into anything or feel pushy at any time when I was there. Only took about 15 min in and out great service here.
