This dump deserves zero stars, and the owner deserves a kick in the butt! Bunch of cretins, both owner and employees! Where do I start? How about "No muddy vehicles" sign in front! Asking people to pay extra if the car is dirty! Its a car wash, hello!!! The lunatic (owner, I suppose), resides in the office and yells and screams at people. These lowlifes have never heard of customer service, and their prices are at least 30% more than what other car washes are charging per minute. Its hard to notice this since you use credit card in this car wash, but I dare you to try a coin-operated car wash and compare. Their working hours are everything but convenient for the customer. Half the time, they will keep a number of bays closed although the line has formed. They do this because they are lazy to clean the bay more than once per day. Ill never go there again.

The only thing I like about this car wash is that its close to my house and I can use a credit card if I dont have change. Otherwise, like others have said, the customer service is brutal. I went there 10 minutes before they close (and they have terrible hours to begin with), and the guy told me I couldnt wash my truck because they were about to close. I said I had 10 minutes before closing and I would be done before that. He said he already washed the Bay and he didnt want to wash it again! As a customer if I come in before the scheduled closing time I shouldnt be told to leave because hes too lazy to clean up again. Time for these guys to get their act together and start treating customers right.

The way the car wash charges on my credit card is confusing. initially, the charge shows up as pending $14.95, but after a couple of days it shows up as the amount that I saw when I pressed stop on the machine. It is a decent car wash. If you go later in the day, it does get quite busy and you have to wait. Takes both coins and credit card. The stalls are spacious. Best time to go is early in the morning when it first opens, that way you can dry the car in the stall as that is not allowed if there are people waiting. Takes around $6 to $8 dollars to wash my car (small four door) depending on how dirty it is.

I wish I could post 0 stars. These guys are complete idiots. I started washing my vehicle then they proceeded to shut off the water and tell me I needed to pay $10 extra just because I had a little bit of mud on my vehicle. I guess I missed the "no muddy vehicles" sign. So if youre planning on washing your vehicle here.. make sure its clean first.

Was told my truck was to muddy and the attendant smugly told me that Im not allowed to use the facility. They overcharge for the water use based on the amount of time the system is activated for as this wasnt my first visit but itll be my last. If you like wasting your time and your hard earned money - this is the car wash for you.

The pressure is kind of okay for the wash. The dryer is a total rip off. Once the machine broke after consuming my money, but the owner refunded me a part of it. If you go during busy time, they wont allow to wipe the car manually, which can result in ice build up as soon as you go out of the wash during severe winter time.

Keep getting billed more than indicated on the wash device sometimes twice. Tried to contact owners but staff is reluctant to divulge info. Fraudulent behavior is unacceptable. Sad though as its clean and the machinery is reliable. Ill have to find somewhere else to go that is not committing fraud to its patrons.

The "rinse" cycle has more soap than the wash cycle. Asked a staff member why and he grabbed the wand from me, pointed it to the ground repeating "no soap" and wasted 45 seconds of time on the machine. I guess I was imagining all of the visible suds covering my vehicle.

At first I was skeptical but after a wash I was very happy with the service and features it has. Here is some of the things I liked. --Credit cards accepted --High pressure hoses --many washing options --facility is new and well maintained --prices are on cheaper side

Same issue with the muddy vehicle. Trying to shake me down for a $20 bill before i can go in? Really? I bet if i opened a car wash right next to this one theyd be out of business in no time. Their customer service just stinks.

RIP OFF - Ran out of coin for vacuum so used credit card to use ONLY the vacuum in the end - on screen it says $3.00 Charge when i was done and my bank shows that they charge $14.95. This is total Rip Off.

Machine eats money and doesnt put up more time. Pause doesnt work and you need to re-up the time immediately or else it resets and you need to pay another $2 to get it going again.

Same issue with the Credit Card - twice now the time was 10 mins and 8 mins but both charged my Credit Card $14.95. They really should put a disclaimer about the additional charge.

Have to insert 2 dollars each time is a bit much. Especially when your getting close to being done and one more dollar would be enough to finish. Feels like a cash grab.

Facility is taken care of very well. One of the only places Ive come across that accepts visa instead of just coins. There is frequently a lineup.

Pointless. Takes $4 to RINSE a sedan, still comes out cloudy. Go to Callingwood, its worth the 3km trip.

Pause doesnt work - youll have to pay money again after the "pause" expires! Vacuum is weak
