Booked with Susan for a ride to and from a hockey game for $420 plus tip, when we were picked up we paid for the ride. One guy in our group asked the driver if he could hold on to his keys until after the game. After the game the driver seemed very rushed and was not driving very smooth, including have to slam on the brakes two different times at yellow lights and came off as very rude when he talked to us. Based on this we decided he didnt deserve a tip. When we got dropped off the driver was upset that we would not tip him and refused to give us the keys back, so expecting we could resolve it in the morning with Susan we let him leave with them. We tried to get ahold of someone with the company from then until around 10:30 the next morning when we finally decided to call the police about what had happened, and not until about 20 minutes after we talked to the police did we finally receive a response from Susan. She said she couldnt get ahold of the driver and he was on his day off. Eventually the driver did call me and said he lived an hour outside of the city and would drive in only if we paid him 120 dollars for they key, I agreed and hoped I could reason with the company he worked for. Upon calling Susan and telling her about this she told me it was between us and the driver and she did not care. So after being stranded at a hotel until 2:00 in the afternoon he finally showed up and made us pay him to get the key back. The way our driver Tony acted and the way Legends Limousine and Susan handled the situation was completely unprofessional and borderline illegal. Needless to say I would never recommend dealing with this company to anyone!

For my Moms 70th birthday, as part of a surprise party we rented a limo from Legends limo in Edmonton. From my first interaction over the phone with them I could tell that an outstanding customer experience was the primary focus of their business. You really dont find that in most service based businesses anymore. I was booking from out of town; and the time that was taken to advise me on their vehicle fleet options, and to make sure that everything would run smoothly for my event was exceptional. On the night of the party Sandra our driver was early to ensure we had plenty of time to make our dinner reservations. The limo itself was a 14 seater and the inside was pristine. We brought our own Champagne and there were clean glasses ready and waiting for us. My brother had recorded a music playlist of my moms favourite songs and Sandra was able to play it for us over the speaker system while we enjoyed our drinks on the way to our event. It was a fantastic night and the limo service, especially how well they treated us added to the magic of that night. I would definitely recommend them, and I will definitely use them again myself next time we need luxury transportation for an event.

Absolutely wonderful service! Our driver was Johnny and he went above and beyond to help us out during our wedding pictures. He jumped in when dresses were dragging or flowers needed to be held. He would talk with us and joke around and seemed genuinely interested in all of us. The limo was spotless and the champagne glasses were clean. There was never any rush from Johnny at all. He wanted us to be comfortable and happy, which he made sure we were. Our party was pretty loud but respectful. We were not rambunctious or destructive so the whole experience was perfect. Suzan was a joy to work with. I got the impression that she takes a lot of pride in the business and aims to provide a top quality product. I did not get back to her for a final schedule for the day for a week because of work and she completely understood. Thank you to Legends limousine and thank you to Johnny for making our wedding day perfect.

AWFUL !!! this limo service is not worth your time at all save your money and make sure you get something in writing first !! spoke with a lady susan told me they had a special on 3 hrs for 350.00 plus tip . ok so we had a long discussion about the night what was expected from the driver ect etc. we got picked up taken to our restaurant and picked right back up again and driven straight home. not even 2 hrs. It was my husbands birthday he had never been in a limo before I was soooo disappointed. the worst part is how I was treated and ignored when I emailed called and left susan mgs. she dismissed me said to bad so sad and just yelled over the phone ?? wow very unprofessional and total scam. dont go with this company people !!!!

this is a easy 5/5 for me. I booked my girlfriends limo very last minute as the company I tried to go through before ended up not having the limo available for the day I needed. didnt think I would find any other company to accommodate such a large group. I phoned Susan with Legends and right off the bat great service. super easy to deal with and you dont feel pressured to get anything more she just wants to make you happy. it was my girlfriends 18th birthday and I received a call from her when they left the limo with her (my girlfriend) in utter shock with how amazing it was, very clean and very luxurious. I would definitely book through legends limos again in a heart beat. Thanks again Susan :)

Originally we were not planning to book a limo as we thought the cost wasnt worth it. Legends limousine definitely changed our perspective. Suzan was fabulous to work with and made sure that everything was top notch for our wedding day, even giving us a free upgrade on our limo. Sandra our driver was nothing short of amazing!! She really became a part of our day and was fabulous with our flower girl and ring bearer. She arrived early at my house to pick us up and kept us on schedule for the rest of the day, it was also raining and she ensured by dress stayed dry. One of the reasons our wedding day was so fabulous was because of Legends Limousine and I highly suggest using them for your wedding!!

Legends Limousine was absolutely wonderful! My wife and I called them only 2 days before our wedding as our previous transportation cancelled last minute. Susan was incredibly kind and put something together for us instantly. The limo was great; clean, spacious and reasonably priced. Our driver was very accommodating, making sure we had the best seats, offering us and our party champagne as well as providing us with cold water bottles when we were out in the sun taking photos. Susan and Tony (owners) are very pleasant and extremely professional when it comes to bookings and special requests. Their limos are very spacious and extremely clean and well cared for. Tony is a great driver and always willing to help in any way he can. I have no problem recommending Legends to anyone looking for exceptional service and reasonable prices. A+
