Reply to Owner: I am unsure if you are being deliberately dishonest, or maybe are misremembering me for someone else, as you mentioned "two years later" My ride was June 9 2012, my wedding day. So thats well over 4 years ago. The people riding inside were mostly older ( my grandma and parents) there was no partying of any kind, the limo was not trashed in anyway, and I never once mentioned the word lawsuit Why would I sue over 300 dollars? Thats downright silly, nor was I "abusive" to anyone. I have worked in service most my life and generally treat people the way I want to be treated so as I said, I think you may be misremembering me for someone else perhaps. The below accurately represents my experience with your company. - In fact, One thing I did not post previously is when the driver insisted on a tip - We actually gave him one, not wanting to be confrontational on my wedding day and all. All the best, but please do not try to discredit my experience as false or dishonest. it is not. Update : Several years later , I now see the company is still fanning the flames of fake reviews. These guys ruined my wedding, and I tell everyone I know to stay the hell away because it still bugs me. What made it worse is how they refused to make up for it. STAY THE HELL AWAY. Hired them for our wedding, They basically botched it. would not apologize or give a discount. The driver was a moron who did not even know how to turn on the AC ( if it worked). Nor did he even know how to get to West Edmonton mall. He knocked on the partition and kept asking me for directions. and even asked for a tip after dropping us off. My Advice : pay a little more for a company that gives some service and thinks of you as more than a fare. I was appalled at the reaction I got when I called in to complain. The guy said he KNEW the driver was a idiot and would cause problems. THEN WHY DID YOU SEND HIM TO A WEDDING EVENT?!?! I then told him he should give us a partial refund or I would never recommend him. His response : "How do I know you would ?" basically this place is a taxi service with old limos. if your event means ANYTHING to you. go somewhere else. if there was something worse than "Poor - Fair" I would give it that. "absymal" would be more appropriate. FYI. The rest of the reviews on here are fake, Look at the names.

I would rate this place a 0 but it wont let me rate it less then 1. Im looking around for limos for my wedding in July, I called these guys for a quote a year ago and I was told $500 for a stretch limo and $600 for the SUV, and recently I called again he told me $600 for a stretch and $700 for an SUV, he offered me a discount of $500 and I reminded him of the convo we had over a year ago, so he offered me $50 off for a total of $450, I thought good deal so I verbally booked the stretch limo with the guy on the phone and he gave me until May 1St to put $100 deposit down to reserve it. Today my fiancé called there and was told stretch limos are $500 and $600 for SUVs, so I decided to call around to other companies and I called Edmonton Limos which surprisingly is the same place, he said he is cancelling my reservation by tomorrow if I dont put that $100 down... I told him to go to hell, he obviously has no clue how much his limos are to rent for a minor 4 hours, either that or he is sexist. I do NOT recommend these guys to ANYONE unless you want your Wedding, Grad, or any other special occasion RUINED. This was honestly the most difficult to plan out of everything else for my wedding. Also, Id like to add while I was reading these reviews the owner had responded to a comment which looks like a cover up, dont be fooled by these guys. I wouldnt waste any money or anymore of my time on them!!!

We ordered the wedding package black limo with a female driver, informed Mike that the colors where red and black. The limo that arrived was white with gold accessories and a male driver. I can get over both I suppose, however that was not the only problem, the driver didnt bother to put the just married sign on even while he waited for 40 min for the ceremony to be over, the heat didnt work and when we opened one of the windows we had to wrestle with it to close it back up, basically we got an ancient limo, nothing like advertised. The first driver we had obviously didnt not know the city at all, the driver that came to pick us up for the final ride home was 20 min late but at least he knew his way around the city. All in all I guess I should just be happy that they showed up, but I hardly believe that they have a fleet as big and nice as they advertise.

I had a 40th birthday party for my husband and decided last minute to book a limo. There were 12 people in total in the limo and we all fit no problem. Right from the beginning, Mike was very helpful and able to accommodate us. Dorthy was the driver that took us to our event and she was such a pleasure to be around and full of energy. The limo was amazingly clean, in fantastic shape and so much fun to take. Dorthy was on time arriving, and texted us with her location when it was time to pick us up. What a great experience and I look forward to the next time we have an opportunity to use Mike and Dorothy. I highly recommend them!!!

We can only have positive comments to say about this company. We had our daughters wedding last weekend and nothing but great experiences a few weeks before the big day. The office always answered my calls and questions. We were promised prompt and professional service and they delivered!!!!! Our Driver Albert was top notch, decorated the limo with the brides colors, was on time and so professional and personable in making this a fantastic day had by all. Make sure to ask for Albert as a driver. Albert wanted to make sure our day was 100% and that he certainly did. Thank you Albert :)

We took a limo out on the town last night for our friends stagette and the experience was so memorable. Our driver, Shannon, was exceptional and went above and beyond to make the night special for us. We cant thank him enough for being the best limo driver any of us have had! Booking of the limo was also extremely easy and efficient. They promptly replied to my inquiry and answered any questions I had. I would definitely recommend Last Minute Limousine and they will be the first limo company I contact should I be interested in booking a limo in the future.

seen some fat old bald guy driving a last minute limousine # 403 plate number was k-77078 the guy was trying to race a few different cars and almost ran about three cars into on coming traffic I slowed down and stayed about 100 feet back from him and watched him as he put other peoples lives at risk Im pretty certain he was drunk or something. Couldnt believe what I was seeing to be honest. All I have to say Is that would never use these guys and they shouldnt be aloud to drive anymore, let alone groups of people around.
